The Dress To Impress Group filed the event as "10B Party" on August 31, billing it the 10 Billion Plays party with a new code and a mini-quest. It opened 15:05:25 UTC on September 5.
The milestone checks out — our radar read 10,917,155,636 lifetime visits on September 6. The wiki files this as Summer 2026: Part 4 and calls it a mini-update. For scale, the Spring 2026 Tokyo drop and July's Summer in Brazil shipped new maps and 64 items. This ships three.
What changes, and your deadline
You have until 15:00 UTC on Friday, September 19, 2026. Not a guess: that's the endUtc on Roblox's event record, and the wiki's Part 4 infobox independently lists the same date and a 14-day run.
Three items make up the 10 Billion Set. The Heart Fork is a unisex Closet prop and the only one tied to a code; the Cake Dress and Cake come from the mini-quest. The wiki logs nine toggle groups on the Fork alone.
The mini-quest is a cake bake in Freeplay Mode. A baking station near the Runway sets five ingredients: flour on a purple bicycle by the Recording Studios, sugar on a shelf inside them, butter on the right kiosk counter by the Beach, milk in The House kitchen, eggs in the Dressing Room near the Skin Tone booths. Bring them back, clear the mixing mini-game, wait five minutes for the oven, then the decorating mini-game.
The Classic Summer Tote Bag also returns as a toggle, on-arm and on-hand — the dev's note flags it "only fem body for now".
Codes with this update
The patch shipped one code: 10BILLION, for the Heart Fork. The wiki's codes table lists it as the only Limited Code, released September 5, 2026, no expiry recorded. Redeem at the bag icon on screen-left.

What's next for Dress To Impress
The only dated forward signal is the event itself, subtitled "Next update" and expiring 15:00 UTC on September 19, 2026 — a window closing, not a promised build. The September 5 note keeps Scarlet's Treasure Hunt "until the Summer Update ends", but the wiki lists no end date for Summer 2026. Gaps between Parts 2, 3 and 4 ran 21 days, then 7.
