Q: How do you get Points in My Avatar?

Points are awarded when you buy catalog items through the game itself — the Roblox description says "Earn Points whenever you make purchases in-game." The largest single award listed in that description is 1,299 Points for signing up to Roblox Plus inside My Avatar. Codes add small top-ups, and the developers have promised a new free Point Store item once the game reaches 91% Likes (it sat at 90.85% on September 1, 2026).

You browse the whole Roblox catalog, build outfits, and claim accessories from an in-game Point Store — and anything you claim lands in your real Roblox inventory. As of September 1, 2026 it has 380.5 million visits and 4.95 million favourites, with 14,361 players in game on a single 19:50 UTC read — one point in the day, not a median — against an all-time concurrent peak of 28,823 set around August 16, 2026.

Redeem this one early. UrGameTips re-published its list on September 1, 2026 with 50Points still working, but Roblox Den has held it at the amber "Check" status since August 22 — still there on its August 31 sweep — in its own words, the code "has likely expired but other sources are reporting it as active." How to Get Points in My Avatar

Codes are the smallest Point source in this game — 50 Points is about 4% of the biggest award the developers advertise. Here is every Point source we could verify against a primary source, largest first.

1. The Roblox Plus sign-up — 1,299 Points

The live Roblox description, pulled September 1, 2026, reads: "Sign up to Roblox Plus within My Avatar and earn 1,299 Points!" That is the largest Point award the developers advertise anywhere — about 26 times what the 50Points code pays. It is a paid subscription sign-up, though, so treat it as the fast lane rather than the free one.

2. Buying catalog items inside the game

This is the core loop, and the reason the Point Store exists. The description states it plainly: "Earn Points whenever you make purchases in-game." Points are a loyalty rebate on Robux you spend on catalog items through My Avatar instead of the Roblox website — the items reach your real inventory either way, so routing a purchase through the game costs nothing extra.

What we will not tell you: THINK DIFFERENT. has never published a Points-per-Robux rate, and no tracker or wiki carries one. Any guide quoting an exact conversion ratio has guessed it — we would rather leave a gap than invent a number.

3. The membership tier ladder

My Avatar runs a five-rung loyalty ladder, issued as Roblox badges created on September 30, 2025. The thresholds are unpublished, but the award counts from the badge API on September 1, 2026 show how steep the climb is:

Gold Member is effectively a welcome badge; every rung above it thins at least fivefold. That shape points to sustained spending, not playtime — the average My Avatar session runs just 14.2 minutes as of August 22, 2026, nowhere near enough for a grind ladder.

4. Codes

Worth 50 Points right now, and the game has only ever run two codes in total. Free and worth grabbing, but not something to build a plan around.

5. The 91% Likes milestone (free, and close)

The description opens with a standing promise: "New FREE point shop item at 91% Likes. Please Like the game!" That does not hand out Points — it adds another item everyone can spend Points on. As of September 1, 2026 the live vote counts are 135,348 likes to 13,636 dislikes, or 90.85% — the same ratio as ten days earlier, so the gap is not closing on its own — meaning roughly 2,500 more likes would cross the line. Worth pressing thumbs-up before you spend down your balance.

What Points actually buy

The Point Store advertises 100+ free accessories — clothing, hair, hats, shoes and effects from the Roblox catalog, all of which land in your real inventory. Its newest additions are dated precisely by their unlock badges: Golden Cloud (July 8, 2026; 8,675 unlocks), Shrink Potion (July 10, 2026; 4,213 unlocks) and Grow Potion (July 10, 2026; just 22 unlocks). Grow Potion is 190 times rarer than the potion released the same day, which makes it the priciest item we can identify in the store.

You cannot buy a shortcut either: all four passes on the experience — Donation 1, 2, 3 and Custom Radio — are flagged isForSale: false on the game-pass API as of September 1, 2026, so no Point-multiplier pass exists. Our My Avatar free Robux guide covers stretching a balance.

How to Redeem Codes in My Avatar

The redeem box is buried inside the Points shop rather than a standalone menu, which is why players miss it:

Launch 🛍️ My Avatar! and wait for the catalog to load.
Press the Pts button in the bottom-middle of your screen, above Catalog and Outfits.
Click Buy Points in the lower-right of the shop panel.
Scroll to the very bottom of that menu to reach the Codes section.
Type your code into the "Enter Code Here" box exactly as written.
Press Enter. Points land in your balance straight away.

How to Get More My Avatar Codes

THINK DIFFERENT. runs no fixed schedule, and the honest picture is a drought: only two codes have ever been documented here. Expect drops around updates and milestones, not weekly.

The official My Avatar Discord is the place to watch, and we checked it is genuine rather than a fan copy: it describes itself as the "Official server for My Avatar! on Roblox" and its invite was created by LuaBearyGood, the same verified account that owns the THINK DIFFERENT. group. It opened on September 25, 2025 and holds about 7,251 members as of September 1, 2026. The Roblox group carries 2.78 million members and is where update posts land.

The Roblox description is worth a glance each load-in too — the 91% Likes promise and the Roblox Plus offer both live there, and it shifts alongside patches.

Why Aren't My Codes Working?

Case sensitivity. 50Points works; 50points and 50POINTS do not. Copy and paste where you can.

It expired. 100POINTS is the clear example — it worked earlier in 2026 and every tracker that dates its checks now lists it as dead.

One redemption per account. Re-entering a code you already claimed returns an "already redeemed" message; that is not a bug.

Server lag. A brand-new code can bounce on an old server that has not picked up the new build. Leave, rejoin, try once more.

We have no in-game access, so nothing here is presented as a hands-on test — we cross-check independent sources and read the primary Roblox APIs. Why isn't my My Avatar code working?

My Avatar codes are case-sensitive, so 50Points must be typed exactly. Each code is one-per-account, and older codes such as 100POINTS have expired. If a new code is rejected, rejoin on a fresh server.
