The live build is Update 5.9.6, out Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 17:00 UTC. That timestamp is from the developers' own Roblox event listing for the drop (checked August 18, 2026); their wiki update log heads the same entry "UPDATE 5.9.6 — August Update (8/15/2026)".
Their event description lists the contents verbatim as: a Vehicle Customization System with transmission, drivetrain, accessories and paint finishes; a revamped 3D Dealership; 20+ new & updated vehicles with 120+ unique trims; in-game Avatar Customization with saved characters; a Playerlist with profiles, vehicles and mileage; new homes, neighborhoods, layouts and house styles; a Mail Job with timed routes, difficulties and package damage; improved towing; a prop placement system for emergency/service teams; and a Weather App with forecasts.
Two caveats from the long-form notes matter before you spend: transmission, drivetrain and modular accessories only work on the new vehicles this update introduced, and modular accessories and paint finishes sit behind premium customization. The new neighbourhood is near the medical centre and park, and its manufactured homes let you pick a garage or carport and an Impoverished, Builder-Grade or Designer style.
