This Privacy Policy describes how Earnaldo ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website at earnaldo.com, the Earnaldo Android app and related services (the "Platform"). Section 13 describes what the Android app collects on your device. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Account Information — When you create an account, we collect a username, your email address and your password (stored in hashed form), and optionally your first and last name. If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your account ID, name and email address from that service. When you link your Roblox account, we store your Roblox username, user ID and account creation date.
Withdrawal Information — When you request a Robux withdrawal, we collect your Roblox username and game information to process the transaction through the Roblox gamepass system.
Video Proof — When you enter Video Proof (creator rewards), we collect the link to your public YouTube or TikTok video and public details about it (title, channel name, upload date and view counts). We download the video so it can be reviewed.
Code Hunt Recordings — When you submit a code through Code Hunt, we collect the Roblox username you enter and the screen recording you upload. A short, muted clip cut from the recording is shown publicly on our codes page next to the code, and the recording may show your Roblox username. Original recordings are deleted automatically after review, usually within 30 days; the public clip is kept.
Survey Profile (optional) — If you fill in the survey profile, we collect your date of birth, gender and postal code and share them with our survey partners so they can match you with surveys (see Section 4). To change or remove them, contact us at business@earnaldo.com.
Identity Verification (gift cards only) — If you choose a gift-card payout and we ask you to verify your identity, Stripe Identity collects your ID document and a selfie under Stripe’s own privacy policy. We receive the result and keep it together with a reference to the check and a one-way fingerprint of your name and date of birth (not the name or date of birth themselves), which stops one identity from verifying several accounts. When your account is deleted, we ask Stripe to redact the ID check (see Section 7).
Communications — When you contact us through the support chat, by email or on Discord, we collect the content of your messages.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform, missions completed, and points earned.
Device Information — Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preference.
Log Data — IP address, access times, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
Cookies and Similar Technologies — We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
Process point earnings, track mission completions, and facilitate Robux withdrawals.
Verify your identity and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and Platform updates.
Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience and develop new features.
Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights and safety of our users.
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following types of cookies:

Essential Cookies — Required for the Platform to function. These maintain your login session and security settings. You cannot opt out of essential cookies.
Analytics Cookies — We use Google Analytics (G-Q06YRPCE1H) to understand how users interact with the Platform. Google Analytics collects information about page views, session duration, and user demographics. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising Cookies — We may use advertising services such as Google AdSense to display ads on our website. These services may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information about you:

Roblox API — To verify your Roblox account, check game presence, and process withdrawals. Subject to Roblox's Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics — For website analytics and usage tracking. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Google AdSense — For displaying advertisements. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Survey and Offer Partners — CPX Research, TheoremReach, ayeT-Studios (including Polltastic), AdscendMedia, Revtoo, Timewall and OGAds. They receive your Earnaldo user ID and, depending on the partner, your IP address, country and device type, so they can show the offers available to you and credit completed ones to your account. If you filled in the survey profile, CPX Research and Polltastic also receive your date of birth, gender and postal code. If you take AdscendMedia’s market-research surveys, AdscendMedia receives the email address you enter for them, your name, gender, date of birth, approximate location (from your IP address) and your answers to its profile questions. Each partner’s own privacy policy governs the data you give it directly.
Discord — For community support and sign-in. Support tickets are mirrored to our Discord server, where our support team reads and answers them; the mirror includes your username and the messages in the ticket. If you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord ID, username and email address. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
Google Gemini (AI) — We use Google’s Gemini models to answer support chat messages, to run the Earnaldo AI assistant in public chat, to review videos submitted to Video Proof and recordings submitted to Code Hunt, and to check screenshots you upload to claim a review reward. What you send (messages, video links, recordings and screenshots) is sent to Google for processing. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe Identity — Identity checks for gift-card payouts (see Section 1). Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Reloadly — Delivers gift-card payouts and receives the email address the card is sent to.
Resend — Delivers our emails (account, support and, unless you unsubscribe, marketing emails) and receives your email address and the message.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers — With third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, processing transactions, or analyzing usage data.
Public Information — Your username is public. It appears on leaderboards, giveaway and hourly-draw winner lists, the recent payouts feed, Video Proof leaderboards and winner lists (together with the link and title of the video you entered), and next to messages you post in public chat. Code Hunt clips are shown on our public codes pages.
Legal Requirements — When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Safety and Fraud Prevention — To protect the rights, property, or safety of Earnaldo, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Secure password storage using industry-standard hashing algorithms.
Regular security reviews and updates.
Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account on the website at earnaldo.com/profile?delete=1 (sign in, then confirm) or in the Earnaldo Android app (Profile → Settings → Delete my account). The website and the app use the same account. This is what happens:

Right away — you are signed out of the app, the website and the browser extension.
Within 7 days — logging back in cancels the deletion.
After 7 days (our deletion job runs every hour) — your profile is erased: your username, email address, password, name, avatar, linked Roblox, Discord and Google accounts, survey profile (date of birth, gender and postal code) and identity-verification data (we ask Stripe to redact your ID check). Your username stops working as a referral code. Your points balance and any withdrawals still waiting for review are forfeited.

What we keep. We keep, without your name or email address, the records we must keep for payments, tax, fraud prevention and customer support: your points history, withdrawals and gift-card orders, offer completion records from our partners (including the IP addresses they reported), fraud reviews, Video Proof and Code Hunt submissions, and support conversations. We keep them for as long as the law or fraud prevention requires, up to 7 years, and then delete them. Email-delivery logs are kept with these records. Payout and mission records keep the Roblox username they relate to. To stop deleted accounts from coming back as new ones, we also keep a hashed record of the email address, together with the linked Roblox account ID, the ID-check result and device identifiers. These are used only for that check.

Survey and offer partners. Survey and offer partners keep what they already received under their own privacy policies (for example your survey answers and demographics). Ask them directly to delete it.

If you cannot sign in, email business@earnaldo.com from the address on your account and we will start the deletion for you.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Deletion — Request deletion of your personal information, subject to the exceptions in Section 7.
Portability — Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
Objection — Object to the processing of your information for certain purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Earnaldo is designed for Roblox players. We are aware that some users may be under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete the account as described in Section 7. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at business@earnaldo.com.

10. International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers or service providers are located. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

13. The Earnaldo Android App

The Earnaldo app for Android is the same service as earnaldo.com: one account, one balance and one set of rules. Everything above applies to the app as well. This section explains what the app itself collects on your device and why.

What the app collects

Account data — your username, email address, linked Roblox username, points and withdrawal history. Used to run your account and pay rewards.
Device and install information — a random install ID created by the app, the device manufacturer and model, Android version, app version, language and time zone. Used to keep you signed in on this device and to detect duplicate or automated accounts.
Advertising ID and push token — the Android advertising ID (only while rewarded ads or the in-app offer walls are switched on) and, if you allow notifications, a Firebase registration token and installation ID for this install. Used to show and verify rewarded ads, to credit in-app offers and to deliver push notifications.
Network information — your IP address and the country derived from it. Used for fraud prevention (for example, offers are hidden on VPN, proxy or data-center connections) and to show the offers available in your country.
Activity in the app — offers started and completed, missions, Code Hunt submissions (including the screen recording you choose to upload), Video Proof links, giveaway entries, daily-bonus claims and referrals. Used to credit rewards and to review suspicious activity.
Support chat — the messages you send in the app’s support chat. They are answered first by Google Gemini and mirrored to our Discord server for our support team (see Section 4).
Survey profile (optional) — your date of birth, gender and postal code, only if you fill them in. They are shared with our survey partners to match you with surveys (see Section 4).

The app does not collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or files and photos other than the recording you pick for Code Hunt. It contains the AppLovin MAX, AdGem, BitLabs, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Google Play Integrity SDKs listed below; rewarded ads and the in-app offer walls use the Android advertising ID only where we have switched them on, and you can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. The app has no analytics SDK of its own; AdGem and BitLabs send their own usage telemetry and crash reports to Datadog and Sentry. It only checks whether the Roblox app and a web browser are installed, so it can open games and web pages; it does not read the list of your other apps. All app traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

Services inside the app and services it opens

Survey and offer partners — offer walls and surveys open in your browser from the app. They receive your Earnaldo user ID and, depending on the partner, your IP address, country, device type and survey profile, so they can credit completed offers to your account (see Section 4).
Stripe Identity — only if you choose a gift-card payout and are asked to verify your identity. The check runs on Stripe’s page under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
AdGem and BitLabs (Prodege) — in-app offer and survey walls, shown only where we have enabled them. They receive your Earnaldo user ID, advertising ID, IP address and device details so that a completed offer or survey is credited to your account. BitLabs may ask you to photograph a receipt for specific cashback offers (only when you start such an offer) and loads some surveys through its survey-router domains; AdGem sends usage telemetry to Datadog and BitLabs sends crash reports to Sentry.
AppLovin MAX — rewarded video ads and the ad networks it mediates, shown only after you tap “Watch an ad”. They receive the advertising ID, your Earnaldo user ID (used to verify the reward), IP address and device details.
Google Play services — Play Integrity (verifies that the app is genuine and the device is not tampered with; Google receives an attestation request and we receive the verdict) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications, identified by a registration token and a Firebase installation ID; turn notifications off any time in Android settings).

Deleting your account from the app

Open Profile → Settings → Delete my account, or use earnaldo.com/profile?delete=1 on the web. You are signed out of the app, the website and the browser extension right away, and logging back in within 7 days cancels the deletion. After 7 days your profile is erased and your points are forfeited; records we must keep are kept without your name or email. Section 7 lists what is erased, what we keep and for how long.

Children

The app is for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact business@earnaldo.com and we will delete the account as described in Section 7.
