Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Earnaldo website at earnaldo.com and all related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Earnaldo. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By using Earnaldo, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

You must also have a valid Roblox account in good standing to participate in missions and withdraw Robux.

2. Account Registration

• You may create only one Earnaldo account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of points.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must provide accurate information when registering. Using a fake Roblox username or email address may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Earning Points

Earnaldo offers several ways to earn points:

• Game Missions — Play featured Roblox games for the required duration to earn points. Your presence in the game is verified through the Roblox API.
• Offerwalls — Complete offers, surveys, or tasks from our third-party offerwall partners.
• Hourly Faucet — Claim a small number of free points periodically.
• Referral Program — Earn a percentage of points earned by users you refer to the Platform.
• Promo Codes — Redeem promotional codes for bonus points.
• Arcade Games — Wager earned points on in-house games. Arcade games involve risk and you may lose the points you wager.

Point values and earning rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Earnaldo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any earning method.

4. Points and Withdrawals

• Points have no monetary value outside of the Earnaldo platform. One point equals one Robux for withdrawal purposes.
• Withdrawals are processed through the Roblox gamepass system. You must have a Roblox game with a gamepass to receive withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Earnaldo reserves the right to review and verify any withdrawal request before processing. Suspicious activity may result in delayed or denied withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary. While most withdrawals are processed within minutes, some may take up to 24 hours.
• Video proof of withdrawal receipt may be required to verify successful transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use accounts belonging to other people.
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software to artificially earn points or complete missions.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. If you discover a bug, report it to us.
• Manipulate the referral system through fake accounts or self-referrals.
• Attempt to bypass verification systems or spoof your Roblox game presence.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to manipulate your location or circumvent restrictions.
• Engage in any form of fraud, deception, or abuse of the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Earnaldo staff.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all points, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

6. Arcade Games

Earnaldo offers in-house arcade games (Mines, Crash, Coinflip, Dice, Plinko) where you can wager earned points. These games are for entertainment purposes and use points earned on the Platform, not real money. By participating in arcade games, you acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of the points you wager.
• Game outcomes are determined by the Platform's game engine.
• Earnaldo is not responsible for points lost through arcade gameplay.
• You will not play arcade games if doing so is prohibited in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Earnaldo brand, is the property of Earnaldo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

User-generated content, such as video proofs, remains your property but you grant Earnaldo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Roblox, offerwall providers, and analytics services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Earnaldo is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Earnaldo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• Earnaldo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.
• Earnaldo does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Your earnings depend on your activity and the availability of missions and offers.
• Point balances and earning opportunities may change at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnaldo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of points, loss of data, or loss of expected earnings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of points you have earned in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at earnaldollc@gmail.com.
• Earnaldo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
• Upon termination for cause, all accumulated points are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Upon voluntary account deletion, any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is removed.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
