· September 9 — re-verified on the September 3 build: description still code-free, and the universe returns zero badges of any kind, so there is no code-named badge to find. Its only scheduled developer event is a placeholder titled "NEXT UPDATE" dated October 1, 2026, with no code attached.
· September 2 — re-verified on the August 29 build: description still code-free, the universe returns no developer events and no code-named badge. The single-game domains were re-checked too — mineamountain.com and mineamountain.wiki were registered three minutes apart on June 27, 2026 through the same registrar, so we still treat them as one AI-generated source, not two.
· August 28 — re-verified: description unchanged and code-free. Every fresh search result was a single-game domain — mineamountain.com, mineamountain.wiki, mineamountainwiki.xyz and a robloxhub.org subdomain — and even those agree there is no codes menu yet.
· August 25 — re-verified: no redeem box; refreshed the event calendar; mineamountain.com and mineamountain.wiki reclassified (see below)
· August 16 — re-verified after the August 15 "LAG FIX + ADMIN ABUSE" drop; no redeem box
· August 11 — re-verified against trackers and the Roblox description; none
· August 9 — re-verified against trackers and the Roblox description; none
No — Mine a Mountain has no working codes as of September 9, 2026, and no in-game code-entry box has ever been confirmed, including after the August 15 patch.
Mine a Mountain (place ID 125927821145949, by the verified 10K Steps group) launched May 18, 2026. It peaked far higher over the summer — 28,774 concurrent players on August 16, 2026 — and when we re-pulled the API on September 2, 2026 it was running 5,376 players with 129.6M visits, 285,649 favorites and a 96.8% rating (402,820 likes to 13,111 dislikes). Cash comes from mining and selling crystals, not codes.

No. As of August 16, 2026 there is no Codes button in the Shop, Settings cog, Rewards/plot panel or either spawn shop. Watch out: many code lists ranking here are actually for a separate Roblox game called Mine — real codes, wrong game.
Where Mine a Mountain Codes Would Be Announced
Three surfaces, checked August 16, 2026:
- The official 10K Steps Discord — discord.gg/10ksteps, 27,467 members, the invite the developer-backed wiki names as "the official 10K Steps server". The trap: the 14,076-member Discord actually called "Mine A Mountain" (discord.gg/mineamountain) is a repurposed 2021 guild not linked from any creator-owned surface — codes posted there carry no weight.
- The 10K Steps Roblox group — group 596089868, verified, 699,226 members.
- The Events tab on the Roblox page, where every drop is scheduled before it goes live.
On X/Twitter: no official 10K Steps or Mine a Mountain account could be verified, and the Roblox description lists no social links — treat any "official" X account dropping codes as fake.
When Would Mine a Mountain Codes Be Released?
With an update, if ever. 10K Steps ships drops nearly weekly, mostly Saturdays around 14:00 UTC, and two are now on the Roblox events calendar: "ADMIN ABUSE" on August 29, 2026 and "NEXT UPDATE" on September 4, 2026, both at 14:00 UTC. How to Get Free Rewards Without Codes
One genuinely free reward exists: liking the game and joining the 10K Steps group grants +1 Digging Luck. Everything else is crystals — the Mine a Mountain guide covers upgrade order and the hub keeps live stats. How We Verified This List
Re-checked August 16, 2026 against four sources.
- The Roblox games API (universe 10187294555) — the live description contains no code string or redeem instruction.
- The Roblox virtual-events API — two update slots are scheduled (August 29 and September 4, 2026); neither is a code giveaway.
- The developer-backed Mine a Mountain wiki on Fandom — it documents every game system and has no codes page at all.
- Two single-game sites — mineamountain.com and mineamountain.wiki — both publish an explicit "no active code confirmed". We no longer count them as independent corroboration: a WHOIS check on August 25, 2026 shows both domains were registered three minutes apart on June 27, 2026 through the same registrar, so they are one operator, not two, and neither predates the game.
