No — Regretevator has no code redemption system as of September 3, 2026. There is no redeem box anywhere in the game, so no Regretevator code has ever worked. Three free currencies are earnable instead.

Does Regretevator Have a Code Redemption System?
No. This is not "codes existed but expired" — the game never shipped a redeem box. Four checks today:
- The official Regretevator Wiki still has no Codes article. A September 3 search of its own API for "codes" returns only unrelated pages (Pandora's Box, Floppy Shoppy, NULL), and its Regretevator (game) article — last edited June 4, 2026 — describes no redeem field. Our August 19 audit inventoried 24 in-game interfaces (20 main, 4 minor); not one is a code box.
- The live Roblox description, pulled with an English locale header so auto-translation cannot mangle a code word, covers the 'G' emote menu, weekly updates and the weekend coin multiplier — never codes.
- The Roblox events feed now returns two listings, "New Prototype model!" (September 5) and "2 NEW SHOP FLOORS!" (September 12). Patch notes, not code drops.
- All 101 badges were paginated and re-dated on September 3; the newest two are still EAT IT and KATSUWAGATA DEFEAT from August 8, 2026, and no badge name or description mentions a code.
Its only free-text field is the admin-only Command Line, which players cannot open.
Is "9178041997700268" a Regretevator Code?
This 16-digit string is what most people searching "Regretevator codes" actually want, and it is a puzzle combination, not a reward code. Pandora's Box was an interactable lock added March 13, 2025 with an 8-digit combination, lengthened in stages to 16 digits by November 1, 2025. In the February 1, 2026 update the NPC Admire carried the box into its painting, leaving the combination on the discarded lock; entering it now returns only "But there was nothing to unlock." yeuc_c has since confirmed the box is gone.

A new challenge lands every 24 hours, rolling over at 12 AM UTC, drawn from 10 live types. Rewards grow with your day streak and plateau at week five, capping at 5,800 Coins, 5 Floor Tickets, 3 Stickers and 3 Streak Tokens per day. Leaving mid-run wipes progress.
Farm coins, then convert tokens
Physical coins scale with players alive on the floor: 1 each with 1–2 alive, rising to 5 each with 9–10, plus 10 coins per 10 floors survived in one life and a 1.25x weekend bonus. Streak Tokens pay 1 per 10 floors of a streak; spend them at a Converter — 2 for 100 Coins, 8 for a Floor Ticket, 3 for a Sticker — on 17 floors including the Lobby basement. Physical Floor Tickets are rarer than most guides admit, 1/700 (0.14%) since October 29, 2024, so the reliable route is a Friday challenge. How We Verified This
Our method is on how we verify Roblox codes. On September 3, 2026 we re-ran the Roblox games, votes, badges, group and virtual-events APIs for universe 1709917610 (from place ID 4972273297), re-pulled the description with an English locale header, paginated all 101 badges, and re-searched the official Regretevator Wiki through its api.php. The 7-day median comes from 28 radar CCU readings taken August 27–September 3. The interface inventory (24 GUIs) is carried over from our August 19 audit, which also fixed two of our own figures: the interface count (18 → 24) and an "events feed is empty" claim.
