What’s the current Berry Avenue update?

The newest update we can put a date on is still the Law & Order Update. Amberry Games announced it from its official @BerryAvenueGame account at 18:11 UTC on Saturday, June 13, 2026 — a timestamp we re-pulled from the post’s own record on September 7, 2026, not from a tracker. The studio’s wording, verbatim: “Suit up as a police officer, protect the city, catch criminals… or become one yourself! Explore the all-new Police Station & Prison in Berry Avenue today!” The police-versus-bank-robber line now sits in the live game description.

That is the whole of the developer’s claim. Third parties add an evidence room, holding cells, 911 calls and jailbreak routes; none of it traces to a dated Amberry Games post, so none of it is here.

One caveat: Roblox now lists the place as republished on August 28, 2026 at 13:59 UTC, but that field is a rolling counter, not a patch. Berry Avenue publishes no badges — the endpoint returned an empty list for universe 3240075297 on September 7, 2026, while a control universe returned ten — and its virtual-events feed read empty the same day. That feed rolls entries off, so an empty read proves nothing alone. Before Law & Order came the Hospital Revamp on May 16, 2026 and the LE SSERAFIM Seoul map takeover, announced April 24, 2026.

What’s next for Berry Avenue?

Amberry Games has not published a dated next update. The Roblox group shout was still empty when we read it on September 7, 2026, and the studio’s site at amberry.games carries no roadmap — only a partnership record running from Froot Loops and Kroger in 2023 to LE SSERAFIM in 2026. Four of those five shipped as a map or location overhaul, so the next big moment is as likely to be a partner takeover as a patch.

Creator videos circulate a “confirmed 2026” list — high school campus, shopping mall, map revamp, and since late June a New York district. Only the mall traces to a dated developer post, and that post, from May 21, 2025, is the opposite of a release date: “We do have plans for a mall, but we are working on a huge map revamp first.” No window has been given since.
