Fake a Brainrot is a Roblox disguise-and-steal game in which you morph into a brainrot, walk into someone else's base among their real collection, and lift their best creatures before anyone works out you are a player. Defenders fight back by inspecting suspicious brainrots, so every 10-player server is a running bluff between thieves and owners.

Everything below is tied to place ID 110627433764494 (universe 10065013948), published by the Roblox group Cats in Marshmallows, owned by the verified account iamlawall (display name Lawal). Every stat carries the date we pulled it.

What’s the current Fake a Brainrot update?

The experience was last republished on August 16, 2026 at 17:03 UTC — the timestamp Roblox stamps on a live place whenever the developers ship a new build. That is genuinely all there is, because Cats in Marshmallows do not publish patch notes: no Updates feed, no group shout, no universe badges and no scheduled developer events (all checked August 17, 2026). Anyone quoting a numbered “Update 12” for this game is inventing it.

The other dated evidence is the store: the five purchasable passes — Brainrot Scanner, Galactic Slap, Collect All, 2x Money and Steal Faster — were all last edited on August 4, 2026, and a sixth was created on August 11, 2026 and is still switched off. The developers have announced nothing. As of August 17, 2026 there is no public roadmap, no group shout, no developer event on the Roblox events API and no official Discord we can verify as belonging to Cats in Marshmallows.

One unreleased item does sit in the game’s own store: a pass named Taser, described by the developers as “Makes real brainrots jump,” created on August 11, 2026 and not for sale — it exists in the catalogue but cannot be bought. That is the only dated first-party signal of unshipped content we can find, and it is exactly that: a pass that exists, not a promised feature or a release date.
