Find the Markers is a scavenger hunt experience on Roblox developed by markers epic memers (created by MrMarkerMaker, also known as alexlion0511). The goal is simple: explore a colorful open world and find the hidden marker collectibles scattered across the map. The live game title reads Find the Markers (320), so 320 markers are in the game right now, and the Roblox games API returned 978.7 million visits and 781 players in-game when we checked on August 26, 2026.
What makes Find the Markers stand out from other collector games is its keyboard code system. Instead of a typical text box where you paste a code, this game has an actual in-game keyboard built into the side of a mountain. You physically walk up to it, click individual letter buttons to spell out a code, and press Enter. It's a clever mechanic that ties code redemption directly into the exploration gameplay.

Removed Find the Markers Codes
Keyboard codes do not expire on a timer, but the developers can take one off the panel. One has been dropped so far.
SACRI played an audio clip and sat on the Find The Markers Wiki's code list from December 2022 until May 28, 2026, when an editor removed it in the same edit that added OOPSIE and rewrote EVILED's reward. Several code sites still list it as working — but every one of those pages was published in 2023 or 2024 and simply copies the older wiki text, so they are not independent confirmation. We have moved it here rather than keep telling you it works.

Redeeming codes in Find the Markers isn't as straightforward as most Roblox games. There's no settings menu, no chat command and no Twitter button. You have to physically walk to the Mountain Keyboard Room and use the letter panel. Here's the route, as documented on the Find The Markers Wiki and matched by the screenshot walkthroughs on SuperCheats and Mejoress.
- Open Roblox and launch Find the Markers — place ID 7896264844, by the group markers epic memers.
- From spawn, head to the Mountain biome. It sits to the right of the Forest and left of the Cave, and it's the tallest hill you can see.
- Climb the wooden ladder on the side of the mountain up to the cave entrance. (The cave has two mouths: one at the front and a higher one round the back.)
- Once inside the cave, drop down through the dark opening on the lower level. That's the Mountain Keyboard Room — a pitch-black room with a QWERTY letter panel set into one wall.
- Click each letter button in sequence to spell out your code. To enter INVERT, click I, then N, then V, then E, then R, then T.
- Press the ENTER button on the panel. If the code is valid the effect fires immediately — a wall opens, a trap door appears, you get teleported, or the audio changes.

What Each Code Does
Not all Find the Markers codes work the same way. They fall into four groups: room unlockers, teleporters, cosmetic unlocks, and audio and visual triggers. Understanding what each type does helps you prioritize which codes to enter first.
Room Unlockers
INVERT opens the Evil Marker room. The wall beside the panel slides away to reveal a red room with the Evil Marker collectible inside. The word INVERT is itself hidden in the game world — it used to be written into the dirt wall beside Wood Marker's tree, which is how players originally found it.
MRMARKERMAKER opens a trap door leading to the Teapot Marker room. Teapot Marker is a nod to the developer — MrMarkerMaker also goes by alexlion0511, which is where the ALEXLION code comes from too.
HILLROCK is unique because you have to submit it three times. On the first two entries a Cough Drop character appears and taunts you with voice lines; on the third it gives up and hands over the Cough Drop Marker. Type HILLROCK and press ENTER three separate times — typing it as one long string does not work.
Teleporters
DIFFICULTY teleports you to the Difficulty Chart Obby, a separate place with eight difficulty tiers running from Easy up to Markerous. Two markers live there and nowhere else: the Runner Marker, picked up partway through, and the Difficulty Chart Marker for finishing the whole thing. Entering the obby for the first time also unlocks the Difficulty Markerdex theme.
ALEXLION sends you to the Poopy Blocky Marker room — walls, floor and ceiling all papered with the same image, and the Easter Egg marker standing in front of you. The teleport is the only way in.
Cosmetic Unlocks
CASHMONEY — one word, no space — turns the Lavender Cube rainbow. The cube itself is the purple square tucked behind a hill in the Forest biome; walk into it after entering the code and you get the The Cube Spins badge. Roblox's badge API shows that badge has been awarded about 453,000 times since it was created in May 2022, which is a decent proxy for how many players have actually used this code.
EVILED used to be listed as just another audio clip. Since the Themes feature launched in July 2025 it unlocks the Eviled theme for your Markerdex, and the wiki's Themes page lists "Type EVILED on the Mountain Keyboard Room" as its one and only unlock condition.
Audio and Visual Triggers
DRAGWASSUP plays an audio clip, sometimes called the "wild card" song. Like EVILED and QCOSMO it's named after someone connected to the game — Find the Markers has a set of "meet the developer" badges for Eviled, qCosmo, Sacri and Popkorn, and the keyboard codes borrow the same names.
QCOSMO speeds up the background music. Some players keep it active because the faster tempo makes exploring feel more energetic.
OOPSIE is the newest addition to the panel, documented on the wiki in May 2026. It inverts the game's colours and distorts the music. It does not give you the Oopsie Marker — that one is found in the Factory basement and has nothing to do with the keyboard, despite the shared name.
Where Do New Codes Come From?
They mostly don't. This is the important thing to understand about Find the Markers: these are not promotional codes handed out on social media, so there is no drop schedule to follow and no reward for checking back daily. They are secrets baked into the Mountain Keyboard Room, found by players poking at the panel and by spotting the words written into the map, and then written up on the wiki.
The pace tells the story. Eight of the ten codes on this page have been on the wiki since December 2022 and QCOSMO joined them by January 2023. The list then sat completely unchanged for two years until January 22, 2025, when an editor fixed the CASHMONEY spelling, and unchanged again until May 28, 2026, when OOPSIE was added, SACRI was taken off and EVILED's reward was rewritten to reflect the Markerdex themes that launched in July 2025. That is two substantive changes in three and a half years.
What is worth watching is the game itself. The markers epic memers Roblox group is where update news goes, and the wiki's Update Log tracks each patch. The next one is already visible in the game's badge list: five unawarded marker badges — Kigilyakh, Farmer, Stalactite, Maize and Candle — were created on May 16, 2026 and still show zero awards, which lines up with the wiki's "2026 Update" page promising at least 15 new markers and a new area, taking the count from 320 to 335. New areas are historically where new secrets show up.
Tips for Finding More Markers
Codes account for four of the 320 markers in the game — five if you count the Poopy Blocky Easter Egg. The rest require old-fashioned exploration, puzzle-solving, and attention to detail. Here are some strategies that help.
Start by exploring the edges of the map. Many markers are placed along boundaries, behind buildings, and under platforms that players normally run past. Walk slowly along walls and look for color contrasts -- markers stand out slightly from their surroundings if you're paying attention.
Check every elevated surface. Rooftops, tree canopies, mountain ledges, and the tops of structures often hide markers. Use the game's jump mechanics to reach spots that seem inaccessible.
The community wiki and badge tracking tools are your best friends for the final stretch of a collection run. When you're down to the last 10-20 markers, brute-force searching becomes inefficient.
