Gym League is one of Roblox's most popular bodybuilding simulators, pulling in over 788 million visits since its May 2024 launch by 1v2 Studios. The game's aura system is the single biggest factor in how fast you earn cash, and picking the right one can cut your grind time in half. If you're looking for active codes to speed things up even more, check our Gym League codes page.
We've tested every aura available in Gym League as of April 2026 and ranked them based on their money multiplier, rarity, and overall value. Whether you're a free-to-play grinder or willing to spend some Robux, this tier list will help you figure out exactly which auras are worth chasing. S Tier — Best Auras in Gym League
These are the auras you want equipped at all times. S-tier auras provide the highest money multipliers in the game, and they'll dramatically accelerate your progression through Gym League's 13 Body Alters. Getting your hands on one of these should be your top priority.
Galaxy
Galaxy sits at the very top of our tier list with a massive x2.5 money multiplier. It's the single strongest aura in Gym League, and it isn't even close. The catch is that you can't earn it through rolls. Galaxy is a premium-only aura that costs 1,999 Robux to purchase outright.
That price tag is steep, but the math works in your favor if you play regularly. Every piece of cash you earn gets multiplied by 2.5, meaning you'll progress through gyms and unlock Body Alters significantly faster than anyone running a lesser aura. For dedicated players, Galaxy pays for itself within a few sessions.
Ultra Instinct
Ultra Instinct is the best free-to-play aura you can get. It's a Mythical rarity aura with a x2 money multiplier, and it drops at a brutal 0.1% rate. That translates to roughly 1 in 1,000 rolls, or about 1.5 million in-game cash worth of attempts on average.
Despite the painful odds, Ultra Instinct is worth grinding for. A x2 multiplier means you're earning double cash from every workout, competition, and activity in the game. If you don't want to spend Robux on Galaxy, this is your target.
Psycho
Psycho matches Ultra Instinct in every way: Mythical rarity, 0.1% drop rate, and a x2 money multiplier. There's no functional difference between the two. If you land either one from your aura rolls, you've hit the jackpot.
The only distinction is cosmetic. Psycho has a different visual effect on your character, so it comes down to personal preference. Both are equally rare and equally powerful, so equip whichever one you roll first and don't look back.
A Tier — Excellent Auras
A-tier auras are strong picks that will carry you through most of Gym League's content without issues. They're realistic targets for players who don't want to burn through hundreds of thousands of in-game cash chasing Mythicals.
Super Saiyan Blue
Super Saiyan Blue is a Legendary aura with a x1.8 money multiplier and a 1% drop rate. At 1 in 100 rolls, you have a reasonable shot at landing this one without bankrupting your cash reserves. It takes about 150,000 in-game cash on average to roll a Legendary.
The x1.8 multiplier is solid. It won't match S-tier auras, but it's a significant upgrade over anything in B tier or below. Super Saiyan Blue is a great stopping point for free-to-play players who want strong returns without obsessing over Mythical odds.
Slime
Slime shares the same stats as Super Saiyan Blue: Legendary rarity, 1% drop rate, and a x1.8 money multiplier. It's another top-tier option in the A category, and like most same-tier auras, the difference is purely visual.
If you're rolling for a Legendary, you have a 3% total chance of landing any A-tier aura on each roll (since there are three Legendaries at 1% each). Those are workable odds for patient players.
Super Saiyan God
Super Saiyan God rounds out the A tier with a x1.7 money multiplier. It's slightly weaker than Super Saiyan Blue and Slime, but the difference of 0.1x is barely noticeable in practice. You'll still progress noticeably faster than B-tier aura users.
At a 1% drop rate, Super Saiyan God has the same acquisition difficulty as the other Legendaries. It's a perfectly good aura to settle on while you save up cash for more Mythical attempts down the road.
B Tier — Good Auras
B-tier auras are your bread-and-butter options. They're relatively easy to obtain and provide meaningful multiplier boosts over the base rate. Most players will spend a good chunk of their time running one of these before upgrading.
Dark
Dark leads B tier with a x1.5 money multiplier. It's an Epic rarity aura with a 10% drop rate, so you'll typically land one within your first 10 rolls. That's only 15,000 in-game cash, making it extremely accessible for new players.
A x1.5 multiplier means 50% more cash from everything you do. That's a meaningful boost, especially in the early game when you're working through Beach Gym and Underground Gym. Dark should be your minimum acceptable aura before you start pushing into later content.
VIP Aura
VIP Aura also offers a x1.5 money multiplier, matching Dark's output. The difference is how you get it: VIP Aura costs 349 Robux to purchase. It's a guaranteed x1.5 without any rolling involved.
Is it worth the Robux? Honestly, it depends on your luck. If you've rolled Dark already, there's zero reason to buy VIP Aura. But if you want a guaranteed multiplier boost without gambling your cash, 349 Robux is a reasonable entry point. It's far cheaper than Galaxy's 1,999 Robux price tag.
Esper
Esper is an Epic aura with a x1.4 money multiplier and the same 10% drop rate as Dark. It's a perfectly functional aura that'll serve you well in the mid-game. The 0.1x difference from Dark is minimal, so don't stress if you roll Esper first.
Super Saiyan
Super Saiyan rounds out B tier at x1.4 money with a 10% drop rate. Like Esper, it's easy to obtain and provides a solid baseline multiplier. You'll outpace anyone running Rare or Common auras by a comfortable margin.
Between the four B-tier auras, you have a combined 20% chance of hitting one on any given roll (plus the purchasable VIP Aura). Most players will land a B-tier aura early in their Gym League experience.
C Tier — Average Auras
C-tier auras are stepping stones. They're what you'll likely start with after your first few rolls, and they provide small but noticeable multiplier bumps. Replace these as soon as you can afford more rolls.
Curse
Curse tops C tier with a x1.25 money multiplier. It's Rare rarity with a 25% drop rate, so you'll probably see it within your first 4 rolls. A 25% boost to cash is better than nothing, and it helps in the early grind through your first gym.
Nen
Nen offers a x1.2 multiplier at the same 25% Rare drop rate. It's a slight step down from Curse but still useful in the opening hours of the game. Don't spend any Robux trying to upgrade from Nen to Curse though. Save your resources for a proper jump to B tier or higher.
Rage & Purple
Rage and Purple both sit at x1.15 money with 25% drop rates. These are the weakest Rare auras, and they're barely above Common tier. If you roll either one, keep spinning. The combined 50% chance of hitting any C-tier aura means you'll often land these early, but they shouldn't be your permanent setup.

How We Ranked These Auras
Our rankings are based on three factors: money multiplier value, acquisition difficulty, and overall impact on progression speed. The money multiplier is the most important stat since it directly affects how fast you earn cash across all activities in Gym League.
We weighted multiplier strength most heavily because cash is the core resource in Gym League. You need it for everything: training across all 7 muscle groups (Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Legs, Biceps, Calves, and Forearms), progressing through the 13 Body Alters from Normal all the way to Plasma, and unlocking the 6 gyms from Beach Gym to Gravity Gym.
Acquisition difficulty played a secondary role. An aura that provides a x2 multiplier is incredible, but the 0.1% drop rate on Mythicals means most free-to-play players won't realistically obtain one without thousands of rolls. That's why we also give high marks to Legendary auras, which offer strong multipliers at a much more attainable 1% rate.
We also considered the role of trainers in conjunction with auras. Mr. Criminal provides 4x Muscle Growth (the best trainer in the game), while Giga Chad costs 499 Robux for 2x Growth and 1.5x Pump. Pairing a strong trainer with a high-tier aura creates the fastest possible progression in Gym League. Shmulk Slogan is available for just $500 in-game cash and gives 1.2x Growth, making it a budget-friendly starting option.
Each aura roll costs $1,500 in-game cash or 19 Robux. Premium Rerolls at 149 Robux offer better odds at higher rarities. We factored in these costs when assessing value. For example, spending 150,000 cash on average to hit a Legendary (x1.8 multiplier) is a better investment than spending 1.5 million chasing a Mythical if you can't afford the grind.
Competitions, where your character enters posing contests against other players, are one of the best ways to earn Cash and Gear. Running a high-tier aura during competitions maximizes your returns per session. As of April 2026 (Update 31, released April 19), the aura economy hasn't changed, so these rankings reflect the current state of the game with its 1,800 to 4,400 concurrent players.
