Why Play Paint and Seek?

Paint and Seek launched on May 18, 2026 from Ikitai Studios and shot up to around 14,000 concurrent players almost immediately. What hooks people is the mechanic: instead of running to a hiding spot, you use an eyedropper to sample a surface, then paint your blank slab to match it, tuning hue, saturation, value, and roughness to the map's lighting. Nail it and the seeker walks right past you.

There are 4 launch maps, House, Grocery Store, Bank, and Arcade, each with its own lighting that changes how your paint reads. The whole thing runs on Coins, which you spend on cosmetic skins, palettes, titles, and emotes. No Robux is needed to be competitive, so it comes down to your eye for color and your patience to hold still.
