You work night shifts at “Shawarma 24”: keep the grill hot, serve every order, follow the rules taped to the counter. Some customers are not customers — anomalies betray themselves through behaviour, appearance and how they read on the kiosk monitor, and the rules say whether to serve, ignore or shutter them. Different owners describing the redeem timing differently, so this is not one snapshot copied twice. Beebom's page of June 1, 2026 still calls the game codeless — it predates the code by eleven days. The badge API dates the drop: Feed the Backrooms was created in this universe on June 3, 2026 and has now been awarded 1,048,814 times.

- Launch the game and start a mode from the lobby — story shift or endless shift. Gamezebo says the shift must already be running, TechWiser says it need not; if one fails, try the other.

How We Verified This List
Our method is on the how we verify codes page. On September 14, 2026 we re-pulled the live Roblox games, votes, badges and groups APIs for universe 8539298853, re-read the developer's description from the API (no codes there), re-resolved the Discord through Discord's invite API, and re-read TechWiser. The game-pass API was returning errors for every universe we tried that day, including a known-good control, so the morph pricing below keeps its August 27 date rather than a false one. Gamezebo and Beebom were read on August 27, 2026. Mechanics, prices and Inspector rules came from Sportskeeda and TechWiser's itemised Corruption list. We are not claiming a hands-on redeem — nobody here has typed this code into the game, and we would rather say so than invent a test.
Where New Scary Shawarma Codes Actually Appear
The developer's Discord. Gamezebo names Kharbor Games' Discord as where the devs post codes; Sportskeeda reported the January 2026 Global Update changelog was published there in full. We re-resolved it through Discord's invite API on September 14, 2026: guild Kharbor Games CORE (ID 1203227356626419792), self-described as the “Official Discord Community for Kharbor Games Core on Roblox”, 16,790 members with 1,138 online. Roblox. The developer account is kharbor_ykt; their community is KHARBOR games (group 7045232), which the groups API confirms kharbor_ykt owns — 59,852 members as of September 14, 2026. One quirk: this game sits under the personal account, so the group's public game list shows only the developer's Short Creepy Stories titles.
When Are New Codes Released?
Badge timestamps date this game's content drops far better than the Roblox “updated” field, because each drop ships its own badges. From the badges API, re-read on September 14, 2026:

Why Aren't My Codes Working?
You are still in the lobby. The number one cause, and specific to this game: the Promo Codes tab lives inside the Corruption Shop, and TechWiser states outright that the shop does not exist in the lobby. Start a shift first.
Capitalisation, and one claim per account. Both sources print BACKROOMS in full capitals and nothing states a case rule either way, so type it exactly as printed. Roblox promo boxes are also almost always one redeem per account.
It may have expired. BACKROOMS shipped June 3, 2026 and was still listed as active on September 3, 2026 — three months, a long life for a Roblox code. If the box rejects it, tell us in our Discord and we will archive it with the date.
Free Rewards Without Codes
The daily reward
Per Gamezebo's June 12, 2026 walkthrough, the Daily Reward window pops up when you arrive in the lobby; if it does not, open it with the gift-box button on the left of the screen. Rewards are currencies and boosts and the streak matters. Two details worth knowing: you can refresh the day's reward and claim it twice by watching an ad, and it rolls over at midnight UTC.

Start with Show Anomaly at 1,000 P; buy Corruption Deal before a bad Friday. A failed inspection does not merely dent earnings — per Sportskeeda's rules guide, too many mistakes at the 2:00 AM inspection ends the run outright.
Why the Morph ticket matters. All ten character morphs — Clown, Deer, Mike, NoFace, OldMan, Skinwalker, Smile Man, Twins, Inspector, Floor Inspector — return isForSale: false from the Roblox game-pass API as last read on August 27, 2026 — the endpoint was down for every universe on September 14, so this is the August reading, not a fresh one.
