Under the theme, the whole game is one loop that repeats and compounds: run to raise your MPH → collect Gems along the track → spend Gems on an MPH-multiplier Title and the next Speedster → Rebirth to reset your run but unlock a new, stronger Speedster and a higher multiplier → run again, much faster. The single biggest mistake new players make is standing still in menus while their speed sits idle. Speed builds when you move, so the fastest way to grow MPH is to keep a clean, uninterrupted run going and do your menu-shopping in short bursts between laps.
A few concrete habits raise your MPH-per-minute without spending a thing:
- Equip before you run. Put on your best Speedster and any MPH-multiplier Title before you start a run, so every second of movement is already multiplied rather than base-rate.
- Hold your line. Learn the safe turns on the endless track first, then only chase Gem lines you can grab without slamming the brakes — a hard stop dumps momentum you have to rebuild.
- Let it run. Because speed accrues while your character moves, the game rewards leaving a run going rather than sitting idle; players use this to farm MPH while semi-AFK.

Don't — Gems have a clear priority order.

Because every other system in the game feeds MPH, a permanent multiplier on how fast you gain it compounds on every run and survives every Rebirth. One MPH Title early is worth more than a stack of one-off boosts.
Second priority — the next Speedster. Speedsters are the powerful characters you unlock and equip, and each one grants its own speed multiplier on top of your Title. You unlock new ones by Rebirthing, but you can also spend Gems to reach powerful Speedsters sooner instead of grinding every step the hard way. Once your MPH Title is locked in, funnel Gems here.
Last priority — cosmetics and convenience. Anything that does not multiply MPH or unlock a Speedster can wait. It will still be there once your speed engine is built, and by then you will be earning Gems far faster to afford it.
Rebirth to break the sound barrier
Rebirth is the long-term engine of Speedsters Infinite, and the mechanic beginners fear most because it resets your run. Here is why you should embrace it: every Rebirth wipes your current raw MPH but unlocks a new, stronger Speedster and raises your overall multiplier, so the very next run climbs far faster than the one you just reset. It is the game's way of letting you "break the sound barrier" — each reset pushes your ceiling higher.
The timing rule is simple: Rebirth when your MPH gains slow to a crawl at your current tier. When a run that used to double your speed in a minute now inches along, you have squeezed out the easy gains — reset and let the new Speedster and higher multiplier do the work. Rebirthing too early throws away easy MPH you could still bank; Rebirthing too late means grinding a wall for tiny returns.
Two things survive a Rebirth and one does not, and knowing which is the whole strategy:

Win races and grab codes for a head start
Racing is the social, competitive layer on top of the grind. You challenge other players in races across the endless world, and the winner is decided by who covers ground fastest — which comes straight back to MPH. There is no shortcut here: the player with the higher effective speed (best Speedster + MPH Title + any active timed multiplier) wins. That makes races the perfect moment to spend a x2 MPH timed boost, since you are moving flat-out anyway and the multiplier converts directly into a win.
To line up for a race in the best possible shape:
- Equip your strongest owned Speedster and your best MPH Title beforehand.
- Start the race already moving where possible, so you carry momentum into the line instead of accelerating from zero.
- Pop a timed multiplier such as x2 MPH for 5 minutes right as the race begins, not while idle.
- Take clean racing lines — the safe turns you learned while farming — rather than braking for Gems mid-race.
