Toilet Tower Defense Tier List (2026) — Best Units Ranked
With over 40 units across 10 rarity tiers, picking the right loadout in Toilet Tower Defense can make or break your run. We've tested every meta unit across Standard and Endless Mode, tracked DPS numbers, and compared community tier lists to build what we believe is the most accurate TTD tier list for May 2026. Whether you're grinding Endless waves or trying to clear the latest episode content, these rankings will help you build the strongest possible team.
TTD's meta right now revolves around maximizing Titan-class DPS while buffing with support units like DJ Toilet. The recent addition of Godly Clockwork Cameraman shook up the S tier, and the slight nerf to Upgraded Titan Cameraman shifted a few rankings. Our list reflects all balance changes through late May 2026.

S Tier — Best Units in Toilet Tower Defense
S Tier units define the TTD meta. These are the units that carry Endless Mode runs past wave 100 and make standard maps feel trivial. If you own any of these, they should be in every loadout you build.
Upgraded Titan Cinemaman
Upgraded Titan Cinemaman is the costliest and strongest unit in the game right now. At $36,000 placement cost, it's a massive investment, but the payoff is worth every coin. It dishes out roughly 15,000 AoE DPS with a range of 40, wiping entire waves of Skibidi Toilets before they reach your defenses.
In our testing, a single maxed Upgraded Titan Cinemaman paired with DJ Toilet cleared standard maps with minimal support. For Endless Mode, it's the cornerstone of every high-wave push we've seen.
Godly Clockwork Cameraman
The newest addition to S Tier, Godly Clockwork Cameraman brought something TTD desperately needed: reliable stun-lock. This unit can chain-stun even the toughest bosses, giving your damage dealers uninterrupted windows to burn them down. Against Glass Toilets and armored bosses, the stun-lock is practically a cheat code.
We've seen Endless Mode runs extend 15-20 extra waves just from adding Godly Clockwork Cameraman to the lineup. It's that impactful.
Telanthric Titan
Telanthric Titan is the most valuable unit in TTD trading at approximately 3.9 billion gems. It's an Ultimate rarity unit added in February 2025, and its damage output justifies the astronomical price tag. If you can get your hands on one through trading, it becomes an instant anchor for any loadout.
Upgraded Titan Clockman
One of only two Ultimate rarity units, Upgraded Titan Clockman combines raw DPS with crowd control utility. It's slightly less common than Telanthric Titan in trading circles but performs just as well in actual gameplay. The time-manipulation abilities give it a unique niche that no other unit fills.
Hacked Juggernaut Titan
This unit hits like a freight train. Hacked Juggernaut Titan brings some of the highest single-target DPS in the game, making it essential for boss waves where you need to burn down one massive enemy. It's the closer you bring when every other unit is just tickling the boss's health bar.
Titan Infected Speakerman
Titan Infected Speakerman rounds out S Tier with a combination of strong AoE damage and infection-based DOT effects. The infection spreads between nearby enemies, creating a chain reaction that gets more effective as waves get denser. In late Endless Mode, that chain damage starts doing real work.
A Tier — Excellent Units
A Tier units are the backbone of most competitive loadouts. They won't solo carry the way S Tier can, but they're essential pieces of a winning composition. Several of these are more accessible than S Tier picks, making them the realistic go-to for most players.
Upgraded Titan Cameraman
Upgraded Titan Cameraman used to be the undisputed king of TTD. After a recent DPS nerf, it dropped from S to A Tier, but it's still incredibly strong. At roughly 49,000 total DPS across multiple weapons with the best range stat of any Mythic unit, it remains a top-3 pick for most loadouts.
The nerf was significant enough to notice in Endless Mode wave 80+, but for standard content, Upgraded Titan Cameraman still destroys everything. Don't sleep on it just because it's "only" A Tier now.
Corrupted Cameraman
Added in the Episode 66 Update, Corrupted Cameraman reaches a remarkable 25,000 DPS at max level with a range of 50 and a placement cost of $25,000. That range stat is exceptional — it can hit enemies that other units simply can't reach yet. For maps with long sight lines, Corrupted Cameraman outperforms several S Tier picks.
Upgraded Titan Speakerman
Upgraded Titan Speakerman deals 12,000 DPS plus an additional 2,000 semi-AoE damage with a range of 45. The semi-AoE splash at 30 range makes it effective against clustered waves. At $14,000 placement cost, it's also significantly cheaper than Upgraded Titan Cinemaman, making it a strong mid-game bridge unit.
DJ Toilet
Don't let the support label fool you. DJ Toilet is arguably the most important unit in the entire game. It buffs the attack speed and damage of every nearby unit, and its recent range increase made it even more effective. Every serious loadout runs at least one DJ Toilet behind the main DPS stack.
Without DJ Toilet, your Titan units are operating at maybe 60% of their potential. With it, they're monsters.
Cinematic Cameraman
Cinematic Cameraman fills a critical niche: armor-piercing. Against armored bosses and Glass Toilets, most units see their damage reduced significantly. Cinematic Cameraman ignores a portion of that armor, dealing consistent damage where other units struggle. It's a specialist pick, but when you need it, nothing else compares.
Titan Cameraman
Titan Cameraman has the best range in the entire game and is both tradeable and purchasable from the shop. That accessibility alone makes it A Tier — it's one of the strongest units that most players can realistically obtain. The range advantage means it starts dealing damage before enemies even appear on screen for shorter-range units.
B Tier — Good Units
B Tier units serve as solid stepping stones and situational picks. They're good enough to carry you through early and mid-game content, and a few of them remain useful even in late-game compositions for specific situations.
Mech Cameraman
Mech Cameraman is the best B Tier unit by a clear margin. It offers respectable DPS at a reasonable cost, making it the ideal mid-game carry. Once you start pulling Mythic and Godly units, Mech Cameraman moves to the bench, but until then, it's your best friend.
Speaker Helicopter
At just $500 placement cost, Speaker Helicopter is the budget AoE king. It deals 400 AoE DPS (80 damage per hit), which won't impress anyone in late game. But for early waves and as a cheap wave-clear supplement, Speaker Helicopter punches well above its price point.
Speakerwoman
Speakerwoman provides stun support at a lower rarity than Godly Clockwork Cameraman. Her stuns aren't as long or reliable, but she's far easier to obtain. If you don't have access to S Tier stunners, Speakerwoman is your best alternative for crowd control.
TV Woman
TV Woman is the cheapest Exclusive unit at 99 Robux. She burns enemies and can damage Glass Toilets, making her useful in specific situations. The burn DOT stacks with other damage sources, adding a nice bonus on top of your main DPS. She's a decent early purchase for players willing to spend a small amount of Robux.
C Tier — Average Units
C Tier is where older units and power-crept Legendaries live. These units were strong when they launched but have been overtaken by newer, more powerful additions. They'll get you through early content, but replacing them should be a priority.
Older Legendary Units
Most pre-2025 Legendary units fall into C Tier. They deal passable damage in early waves but their DPS scaling simply can't keep up with the HP inflation of later enemies. If you're running a Legendary that isn't Titan Cameraman, you're likely in C Tier territory.
Boss Toilet (Unit)
Boss Toilet as a playable unit sounds exciting on paper. In practice, its damage and range are mediocre compared to equivalently-rare cameraman and speakerman units. It's more of a novelty pick than a competitive choice.
Basic and Uncommon Starter Units
Every player starts with these. They exist to teach you the game's placement mechanics and nothing more. Replace them the moment you pull anything Rare or above from summoning. The DPS gap between a Basic unit and even a Rare one is massive — we're talking 10x or more in most cases.

How We Ranked These Units
Our ranking methodology weighs three factors:
1. DPS Output (50% weight) — Raw damage per second is the most important metric in tower defense. We recorded DPS at max level for each unit across 10+ runs, measuring against both standard wave enemies and bosses. Units with AoE damage got a bonus since wave-clear speed matters more than single-target in most situations.
2. Utility and Synergy (30% weight) — A unit that enables your whole team to deal more damage (like DJ Toilet) or locks down bosses (like Godly Clockwork Cameraman) can be more impactful than its own DPS suggests. We tested units in compositions rather than isolation, because TTD is a team-building game at its core.
3. Accessibility and Cost Efficiency (20% weight) — Placement cost, rarity, and how easy a unit is to obtain all factor in. Titan Cameraman being shop-purchasable and tradeable gives it a real advantage over units locked behind extremely rare summoning odds. We didn't hard-penalize rare units, but we gave credit to accessible ones.
All rankings reflect the current meta as of May 2026, including the Upgraded Titan Cameraman DPS nerf and DJ Toilet range buff. Developers update TTD frequently, so bookmark this page and check back after each major patch.

TTD has over 40 units across 10 rarity tiers: Basic, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Godly, Ultimate, Celestial, and Exclusive. New units are added regularly through episode updates, so this number keeps growing.
The main method is Summoning from the Main Crate, which costs 100 Coins per pull and rotates 6 possible units each hour. You can also buy units from the Shop (some cost Robux), trade with other players at the Trading Plaza (orange portal in the lobby), or purchase from the Marketplace using in-game currency.
DJ Toilet is one of the most important units in the entire game. It buffs the attack speed and damage of every nearby unit, effectively multiplying your team's total DPS. After a recent range buff, it covers more of the map than before. Every competitive loadout runs at least one DJ Toilet.
Telanthric Titan is the most valuable unit in TTD trading at approximately 3.9 billion gems. Nuke Titan TV Man is the second most valuable at 2.4 billion gems, but it's now unobtainable since it was removed from the game, making it a true collector's item.
Celestial is the highest obtainable rarity tier in TTD, sitting above Godly and Ultimate. There are currently 13 Celestial units including Plasma Titan Cameraman, Executioner Speakerman, and Omega Reactor Overlord. They're extremely rare from summoning and command huge value in trading.
