The short answer: God Armor costs 3 Mojo Points, 60 Gold and 18 Crystal Chunks for the full set. The Mojo is the real wall — you only earn it by hitting level 100 and rebirthing, and each rebirth pays out just 1 Mojo Point. The gold and crystal are a farming problem you can solve in an afternoon. The rebirths are not.
God Armor blocks roughly 75 to 76 percent of incoming damage, which is why a God player can wade through a beach full of Emerald-tier attackers and barely lose a health bar. This page covers the exact recipe, the rebirth gate, and the fastest routes for both materials. Booga Booga Reborn is still busy in July 2026 — about 2,200 concurrent players and 259 million visits — and it got a server update on July 17, so the God grind is very much alive.
God Armor is a three-piece set: the God Halo, the God Chestplate and the God Legs. Every piece uses the same recipe, and every piece costs 1 Mojo Point to unlock in the Mojo Shop. There's no discount for buying all three.
| Piece | Mojo Cost | Gold | Crystal Chunks |
|---|---|---|---|
| God Halo | 1 | 20 | 6 |
| God Chestplate | 1 | 20 | 6 |
| God Legs | 1 | 20 | 6 |
| Full set | 3 | 60 | 18 |
Two details make this set different from everything below it. The pieces are Unique Items, so they cannot be dropped — nobody can loot them off you. And the set drops no materials when you die, which is the opposite of Crystal Armor, a set that spills its Gold and Crystal Chunks straight into your killer's bag.
That combination is what makes God players so hard to remove from a server. Killing one costs you a fight and earns you nothing. It's also why the wiki's own advice is to never wear Crystal Armor casually — it's made of the exact two materials every God player is hunting for.
This is the only path to the recipe, so it isn't really optional. Mojo Points come from rebirthing, and rebirthing unlocks at the level cap of 100. There's no way to buy Mojo directly and no code that grants it.
Once you hit 100, a Rebirth option appears in the Mojo tab. Pressing it resets you to level 1 and wipes everything except your Coins, Hats and Mojo. In exchange you get 1 Mojo Point, or 2 with the Double Mojo gamepass (999 Robux, verified live on the game's pass list as of July 2026).
Run the sequence in this order and you'll lose nothing:
Three rebirths gets you the set at 1 Mojo each. Two rebirths does it with Double Mojo. If you're planning to unlock the entire Mojo Shop eventually, that's 31 rebirths at the normal rate, or 16 with the gamepass — which is the real argument for buying it. Our Booga Booga Reborn beginner guide covers the leveling loop that gets you to 100 in the first place.
Gold is the bulkier half of the recipe. Most gold in the game arrives as Raw Gold, which has to be smelted into Gold Bars at a one-to-one rate before you can craft with it. Plan your farming around Raw Gold volume, not bar count.
| Source | Raw Gold per clear | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Wealthy God | 21 | By far the best single source — three clears nearly covers the set. |
| Gold Node | 6 | Reliable and repeatable; the Ice Biome nodes stack over time. |
| Golden Banto | 6 | A mob, so it comes to you. |
| Goldy Boi | 6 | Same yield as the Golden Banto. |
| Shelbert | 4 | Decent filler on coastal routes. |
| Gold Stone | 3 | Common, low yield. |
| White Ant Mound | 3 | Often guarding something better anyway. |
The Wealthy God is the route worth building around. At 21 Raw Gold per clear, three trips put you at 63 — past the 60 you need, with change. Everything else on that table is filler you pick up along the way.
You can also buy Gold Bars from the Store for 10 Coins each, and a Treasure Chest from a shipwreck drops 3 bars. Skip the store route as a strategy, though, and here's the math why: a Coin Press converts 1 Gold into 5 Coins, but the Store charges 10 Coins to sell you 1 Gold back. Pressing gold to buy gold loses you half your stock on every round trip.
Crystal Chunks are rarer than gold but you need far fewer of them, and one location solves the whole problem in a single trip.
Crystal Island — the third floating island, out near the map edge next to Sun Island — holds up to 19 Crystal Chunks if you harvest both the Crystal Lodes and the Crystal Bantae. That's the full 18 you need for the set, plus one spare, from one run.
Getting there takes a Spirit Key dropped into the Spirit Lock, which builds a bridge across. Bring building materials as well: the smaller satellite islands holding some of the lodes have to be bridged to manually.
| Source | Crystal Chunks | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Crystal Chest | 12 | Item Chest — the biggest single drop. |
| Miserable God | 7–8 | Feather Island. Also drops 25 Essence and 12 Bluefruit. |
| Crystal Bantae | 5 | Crystal Island. |
| Crystal Meteor Core | 4 | Grasslands and Icelands meteors. |
| Crystal Lode | 3 | Crystal Island. |
| Crystal Guardian | 3 | Drops on defeat. |
| God Hut | 3 | Breaking another player's structure. |
The Store sells single Crystal Chunks for 12 Coins, which is a fine way to top up the last two or three if you're short. Crystal also turns up on Feather Island and Sun Island, and any player wearing Crystal or God gear drops chunks when they die — the bag is the one exception that drops nothing.
Before any of this is worth starting, make sure you've got the following in place. Missing one of these is what turns a God run into a wasted evening.
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Level 100 | The cap, and the only gate on rebirthing. |
| 3 Mojo Points | Three rebirths, or two with Double Mojo. |
| 60 Gold Bars | Smelted from Raw Gold at 1:1. |
| 18 Crystal Chunks | One full Crystal Island run covers it. |
| A Chest you trust | Rebirth wipes everything but Coins, Hats and Mojo. |
| Tools that can reach the mats | Gods need tool level 4; the Hateful God needs 3. |
The tool requirement catches people out. Gods are susceptible to Stone, meaning you mine them rather than punch them, and most need a tool level of 4. Turning up at the Wealthy God with a Steel Pickaxe and no plan is how you end up donating your gear to whoever else is farming it. The best weapons ranking covers which tools clear which tier.
The God grind rewards preparation far more than playtime. These are the shortcuts that actually move the needle.
Stack the Ice Biome gold nodes. In the Ice Biome you can mine the Ice Chunks surrounding a gold node without breaking the node itself. The gold nodes then stack up over time, and you come back to a much denser patch than you left. It's the closest thing to passive gold income in the game.
Reset to drop your Mojo materials before rebirthing. Mojo items can't be dropped normally, which sounds good until you realise it means you can't hand them off before a wipe. The workaround is to die by resetting, which makes your Mojo resources fall on the ground — armour excepted — ready to pick back up afterward.
Farm crystal and XP on the same island. Feather Island gives you the Miserable God for both. Splitting your crystal farm and your level grind into separate sessions roughly doubles the calendar time for no benefit.
Use an alt account as a vault. The safest way to hold items through a rebirth is to hand them to an alt rather than a chest another player might find. A hidden chest works, but a chest can be discovered; an alt can't.
Buy the last few materials rather than farming them. If you're sitting at 57 Gold and 16 Crystal, the Store will close the gap for 30 and 24 Coins. Finishing the set an hour early is worth more than the coins.
Where God Armor sits against the rest of the ladder is covered in our Booga Booga Reborn tier list, and if you're hunting for free rewards along the way, the Booga Booga Reborn codes page tracks what's currently redeemable. The full item data on this page is cross-checked against the Booga Booga Reborn Wiki, and you can jump into the game on its official Roblox page.

You need 60 Gold Bars and 18 Crystal Chunks for the full set. Each of the three pieces — God Halo, God Chestplate and God Legs — costs 20 Gold and 6 Crystal Chunks, and each piece also costs 1 Mojo Point to unlock in the Mojo Shop.
The set costs 3 Mojo Points in total, one per piece. A normal rebirth grants 1 Mojo Point, so three rebirths cover the set. With the Double Mojo gamepass at 999 Robux you get 2 Mojo per rebirth, so two rebirths are enough.
No. The God Armor pieces are Unique Items, which means they cannot be dropped. The set also doesn't drop any materials when you die, unlike Crystal Armor, which spills Gold and Crystal Chunks for whoever killed you.
You need level 100 to rebirth, because rebirthing is the only way to earn the Mojo Points that unlock the recipes. The armor itself has a level requirement of 1, so once the recipe is unlocked you can craft and wear it immediately after a rebirth resets you to level 1.
The full God Armor set reduces roughly 75 to 76 percent of incoming damage, making it the strongest set in the game. For comparison, Emerald and Pink Diamond sit at 54 percent and Magnetite at 48 percent. Developers may adjust these values in future patches.
For raw survival, yes. God Armor blocks about 75 to 76 percent of damage versus 54 percent for Void. Void Armor's advantage is that it regenerates the voodoo bar at 0.3 per second per piece, and it unlocks at level 100 without costing any Mojo — so it's the practical pick before you've rebirthed.
