The official Creatures of Sonaria wiki publishes a machine-readable stat table for the recode build with 475 creature and sub-species entries — health, damage, bite cooldown, weight, resistances and ability lists for every one. This tier list is built from that table directly, and every number was re-pulled on August 20, 2026. Sonar Studios' survival game sits at 2,173,047,639 visits and a 7-day median of 37,415 concurrent players (24 samples, August 13–20, 2026; range 17,374–49,238).
· August 20 — pulled all 475 recode stat rows, verified live visits/players/votes from the Roblox games API, and read patch notes 190.0–193.0 plus the badge and event feeds
· July 23 — previous edit to this page (per git history); it ranked creatures around the Fireworks Event meta, which patch 191.0 has since removed from the game

The Strongest Creature in Creatures of Sonaria (2026)
The strongest creature in Creatures of Sonaria is Kavouradis. It is the only entry in the 475-row recode stat table pairing a top-five health pool with the game's maximum weight class and a heavy, fast bite:
- 15,000 HP — 4th highest of all 475 entries
- 50,000 weight — the highest weight value in the game
- 400 damage on a 1.0-second bite — the best sustained melee of any weight-capped creature
- Block Bleed 90%, Block Injury 80%, Block Radiation 80%, Block Burn 50% (100% from lava), Iron Stomach, Volcanic
- Injury Attack 4 and Wing Shredder 1 on every hit
Multiply health by sustained damage per second and Kavouradis scores 6.0 million — ahead of Geortharoc (5.31M), Korathos (4.84M) and Caldonterrus (3.63M). Nothing scores higher. Hygos and Arachyu tie the game's highest base damage at 650, but carry 6,000 and 7,200 HP and sit far below the weight cap.
The honest caveat: Kavouradis is not currently obtainable — it was a Limited Gacha creature and has been retired, leaving only the 450♂/4,500♀-Shoom trial version. That may be about to change; see the August section below.
Why Raw Damage Numbers Lie in Sonaria
Sonaria does not roll random stats — every species has one fixed stat block. But two mechanics make a flat numeric ranking dishonest, and most tier lists ignore both:
Damage is a weight ratio, not a flat number. The wiki publishes the melee formula: final damage = your damage × sit/lay multiplier × pack multiplier × (1 + your weight ÷ target weight) ÷ 2, ratio capped at 3. So a creature deals at most 2× its listed damage to much lighter targets and never less than 0.5× against much heavier ones. A 650-damage creature at 11,000 weight hitting a 50,000-weight target lands roughly 400; the heavy creature hits back for roughly 800. That is why the weight cap dominates the top of this list.
Stats move with age. Max health, weight and appetite grow as a creature ages, while stamina and walk/sprint speed fall (flight speed does not). Every figure here is the full-grown value — a juvenile of an S Tier species is not an S Tier creature.
S Tier — Best Creatures in Creatures of Sonaria
Kavouradis — Tier 5 semi-aquatic carnivore
15,000 HP / 400 damage / 1.0s bite / 50,000 weight, behind a resistance sheet that shrugs off bleed, injury and radiation and takes zero burn from lava. Slow (31 walk, 52 sprint) with Bad nightvision. Retired from the Limited Gacha.
Geortharoc & Abyssal Geortharoc — Tier 5 herbivores
17,000 HP / 375 damage (165 secondary) / 1.2s / 50,000 weight. Highest health pool in the game. Water Breath, Charge (Launch) and Gale, behind Block Injury 100%, Block Necropoison 100%, Block Radiation 80% and Block Bleed 75%. Being a herbivore costs it nothing defensively. 14,000 Pearls in the live Summer Paradise Event; the Abyssal sub-species arrived July 31, 2026.
Korathos & Feral Korathos — Tier 5 land carnivores
10,750 HP / 450 damage plus a 175 tail whip / 50,000 weight, with Miasma Breath, an activated Life Leech (0.30), Poison Attack 2.5, Wing Shredder, Block Poison 75% and Block Radiation 70%. The highest damage of any weight-capped creature and the only S Tier pick with Great (4/3) nightvision. Feral Korathos trades to 495 damage on a 1.1s bite — identical sustained DPS, bigger hits. It is in the Monster Explorer Gacha, which makes Korathos the most practical S Tier target for most players.
A Tier — Excellent Creatures
Caldonterrus — 14,500 HP, 50,000 weight
The second-bulkiest carnivore in the game: 300 damage on a 1.2s bite, rising to 390 under Unbridled Rage, behind Block Bleed 70% and Block Burn 75% (100% from lava). Fire Breath and a Defensive Burn of 2 punish anyone who commits. Not currently available — it last sold for 45,000 Shooms in the Disaster Event 2026.
Hygos and Arachyu — the 650-damage pair
Both hit the game's highest base damage. Hygos is a Tier 5 terrestrial photocarnivore, 6,000 HP on a 1.2s bite — 541.7 sustained DPS, the highest of any Tier 5 — at 20,000 weight. Arachyu is the aquatic version: 7,200 HP, 1.3s bite, 11,000 weight, 112 sprint. Both out-damage everything above them and lose the weight trade to all three S Tier picks.
Magnacetus — 9,000 HP aquatic ambusher
425 damage on a 1.2s bite, 30,000 weight, Ambush ×1.3, a Dart and an activated Grab, plus Block Injury 75%. It swims at 70 and sprints at 100 — and has a beached speed of 15, which is why it vanishes from the ranking the moment it leaves water. Artifact Shop, 750,000 Shooms.
Oxytalis — 10,200 HP ambush-and-attrition
375 damage on a 0.9s bite (the fastest of any 10,000+ HP creature), 19,500 weight, with activated Invisibility, Life Leech (0.3), a Corrosion Aura of 3 and Mud Pile, on top of Bleed Attack 4 and Block Poison 80%. Its one real hole is Block Burn −15% — it takes extra fire damage. A Valentines Event creature, not currently available.
B Tier — Strong but Conditional
Boreal Warden — the best defensive sheet in the game
12,500 HP and the 50,000 weight cap behind Breath Resistance 90%, Block Frostbite 100%, Block Necropoison 100%, Block Radiation 80% and Block Bleed 65%. The catch is the offence: 65 base damage, dangerous only under Warden's Rage, where it spikes to 552.5 at the cost of all health regeneration. A body-blocker with one enormous button. Winter Event creature, not currently available.
Gnolrok — 9,500 HP all-rounder
Tier 5 land herbivore, 350 damage on a 1.1s bite, 31,750 weight, with Rock Breath, an Earthquake active, a Charge (Crush), Injury Attack 3 and Block Radiation 70%. No glaring weakness and no spike either.
Gramoss — the best creature most players can actually buy
Tier 5 land herbivore from the Herbivores Gacha: 8,000 HP, 250 damage with a 250 secondary, 22,500 weight, and an absurd resistance sheet for the price — Block Bleed 100%, Block Injury 100%, Block Radiation 80% — plus Cloud Breath, Charge (Throw) and Pack Healer. Its trial is 75♂/750♀ Shooms, the cheapest thing on this page.
Kelvaris — the new Tier 5
Added August 7, 2026 in Summer Paradise Week 2: Tier 5 land omnivore, 8,750 HP, 230 damage, 9,750 weight. Bulky for its weight class, but light enough that the damage formula works against it in most Tier 5 fights.
C Tier — Situational and Small-Tier Picks
Not bad creatures — several are excellent at one job. They just lose the weight math against anything above.
- Nolumoth — Tier 4 glider, 4,400 HP, 275 damage on a 0.8s bite, 3,000 weight, with a Poison Area and Poison Totem. A fine harasser and a Common in the Rotation Store at 1,500 Shooms, but against a weight-capped Tier 5 it does half its damage and takes double.
- Venatrox — Tier 3 flier, 3,000 HP, 300 damage, 2,200 weight, with Acid Breath, Corrosion Attack 2 and Ambush ×1.3. Note Block Burn −30%. Its 25-Shoom trial is the cheapest way to learn breath aiming.
- Adharcaiin — Tier 2 assassin: 1,000 HP, 250 damage on a 0.6s bite, a 134 sprint, Block Bleed 100%, Block Injury 100% and Unbridled Rage (damage to 325). A Robux Creature at 219 Robux — see our Sonaria Robux and beginner guide first.
- Fairiocris — Tier 3 flying omnivore, 3,600 HP, 150 damage and a −70 heal value, with Heal Breath and Healing Hunter (70). It wins almost no duels (Block Bleed −40%) and changes group fights outright. Artifact Shop, 350,000 Shooms.
- Jhiggo-Jangl — Tier 3 land omnivore, 3,400 HP, 80 damage, with Necropoison Attack 2, Invisibility, Shock Area and Speed Steal. Almost no damage; almost total control. Royalty Gacha.
- Taiyuelong — Tier 3 flier, 3,500 HP, 120 damage, with Cloud Breath, Pack Healer and negative poison/disease values (it cures). Support, not a duellist, and not currently available.
- Gubbin — the new Tier 1 from patch 193.0: 2,000 HP, 60 damage, 200 stamina, Block Injury/Bleed/Burn 100%. A tiny creature with a Tier 5 resistance sheet.

What Changed in August 2026
Sonaria patches weekly. The newest documented patch is 193.0 (August 15, 2026), Summer Paradise Week 3: Gubbin, a Vaumora remodel, the "North Sea" palette, and a full Tundra region overhaul with avalanches, a new cave system and hidden nesting spots. It also nerfed Ink Cloud, which now costs 15% HP and applies its debuffs once instead of repeatedly. Patch 191.0 (July 31) launched the Summer Paradise Event, added the Abyssal Geortharoc sub-species, and explicitly removed the Fireworks Event that our July 2026 update page was written around. Patch 192.0 (August 7) added Kelvaris.
The game re-deployed on August 19, 2026 at 23:15 UTC without public patch notes — but it was not a silent bump. A badge named "NINJAGO Dragons Rising Event" was created at 17:18 UTC that day with an awarded count of zero, and two Roblox event notifiers were updated hours later. Sonar Studios has announced a LEGO NINJAGO: Dragons Rising crossover starting Friday, August 21, 2026, whose week-one reward is a free collab creature, the Arc Dragon of Life.
The second notifier, "RETURN OF THE CLAW", runs August 21–24 and promises "a long awaited redesign AND sub-species for the same creature". Kavouradis is Sonaria's crab, and the wiki already carries an unreleased-content page for a Lush Kavouradis sub-species. It is not named outright, so treat that as a strong read rather than confirmed — but if you want the game's strongest creature, this is the weekend to watch. The Summer Paradise Event ends the same day.
How We Verified This List
Sources actually used for this page, all checked on August 20, 2026:
- The official Creatures of Sonaria Fandom wiki's recode stat module (
Module:CreatureData/data) — 475 rows of health, damage, bite cooldown, weight, tier, diet, speeds, resistances and abilities. Every stat above comes from there. - Individual wiki creature pages for acquisition status: which shop or event, which currency, and whether the species is obtainable at all.
- The wiki's Combat and Basic Gameplay pages for the melee damage formula, its weight cap, and how stats shift with age.
- Wiki patch notes 190.0–193.0, mirrored verbatim from the developers' Discord
#update-logchannel. - The Roblox games, votes, badges and virtual-events APIs for place 5233782396 / universe 1831550657 — live visits and players, the 1,392,257 to 113,756 vote split, the NINJAGO badge timestamp and both event notifiers.
We did not use aggregator "value list" sites. Several circulate a "January 2026 breath efficiency update" that appears in none of the wiki's 213 patch-note pages, and they routinely list retired creatures as if you can still buy them.

Multiply health by sustained damage and nothing in the table scores higher. Geortharoc. At 17,000 HP it has the highest health value of any creature in the recode stat table, sits on the 50,000 weight cap, and deals 375 damage plus a 165 secondary attack behind Block Injury 100% and Block Necropoison 100%. It is in the Summer Paradise Event 2026 shop for 14,000 Pearls until the event ends on August 21, 2026, and its Abyssal Geortharoc sub-species is a free one-time mission.
