Defend Your Plushie! TD has two working codes in September 2026, and both pay out in Cash you spend on towers. One of them is confirmed by the developer directly. Here is the list, the exact reward for each, where the redeem box actually is, and how each code was checked.

Both codes below are lowercase. We took the spelling from a tracker’s copy-to-clipboard data rather than its display text, which is where capitalisation usually gets mangled.

freecrate is the one we are most confident in. UpTown Games! prints the line “New Code💥: freecrate” in the game’s public Roblox description, and it was still there when we pulled the description on September 9, 2026. The trackers that carry it describe the crate as a “Lava Crate”; we have left that name out of the table because it traces back to a single source and we could not confirm a crate of that name in the game itself.
freecash is a weaker case, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. It has never appeared in the developer’s description in any archived copy of the game page we could find, so it rests entirely on two independent trackers that both still list it as working. It costs nothing to try, but treat it as unconfirmed rather than guaranteed.
Expired codes
There are none. No expired Defend Your Plushie! TD code is on record anywhere we checked as of September 9, 2026 — the developer has advertised the same single code since at least July 7, 2026 and has not retired one publicly. That is unusual and it is worth naming, because a codes list with no expiry history is also the shape of a list nobody is really checking. - The developer’s own Roblox description (universe 9722598100, place 116501341774429), requested with an English language header so Roblox could not auto-translate the code word. It carries one code line: “New Code💥: freecrate”.
- Archived copies of that same description, to see how long the code has been there. Captures from July 7, July 31, August 3, August 20 and August 25, 2026 all show freecrate and nothing else. Captures from April 20, May 10 and June 12, 2026 show no code line at all, so the developer only started advertising a code some time between mid-June and early July 2026.
- The developer’s events feed, which lists three published updates for this game and no codes.
- Two independent trackers. One was last checked on September 9, 2026 and lists both codes; the other was updated September 6, 2026. We treated a third site as the same source as one of them, because it repeated the reward wording verbatim rather than describing it independently.
- A transplant check across all fifteen game universes UpTown Games! operates. Neither code appears in any of their other games’ descriptions, so these are not codes borrowed from a sibling title.
We did not find a developer Discord, X account or Trello for this game. Roblox’s social-links endpoint now requires authentication, the UpTown Games! group carries no public links, and the game description contains none. Earlier versions of this page said codes are announced “through the game’s official Discord server”; we have removed that, because we could not show such a server exists.
How to Get More Defend Your Plushie! TD Codes
The honest answer is that the developer’s Roblox description is the only first-party channel for this game, and it holds exactly one code at a time. That single slot has read freecrate continuously for roughly two months. So the realistic way to catch a new code is to watch that description whenever an update lands, which is what we re-run here. Be wary of sites promising secret or unlisted codes here. Several single-game “wiki” domains rank for this title; one was registered in June 2026 and matches a pattern of auto-generated sites we do not cite. No legitimate code asks for your password, Robux or a login.

What the developer’s published events feed does show is a real update rhythm: a “QoL Update!” running from June 23, 2026, a “Major Patch!!” from June 26, 2026 described as a gameplay-experience improvement, and most recently “NEW Gun!!”, scheduled from September 3, 2026, with the note “You asked, we delivered! We’ve added new gun !!”. Notably, none of those three updates came with a new code — the description slot did not change across any of them. Codes here are rarer than patches.
Why Aren’t My Codes Working?
Both codes are lowercase; typing FREECRATE will fail. Each code is once per account, so if you have already claimed the Cash on that save it will not pay out again. If you have just joined a fresh server and the code is rejected, rejoin — new redemptions can take a moment to propagate. And if freecash specifically fails for you, that is consistent with what we found: it is the code the developer does not advertise, and it may simply have been switched off without an announcement.
