+1 Drain Water Per Click Beginner's Guide – Pump Ladder, Rebirth Timing & Egg Odds

By Money Lord — Founder & Editor | Updated: August 17, 2026

By the end of this guide you will know the exact Water Pump to buy at every cash milestone, the level that unlocks each rebirth and what rebirthing costs you, the real drop percentages inside three eggs, and how much water each lake needs to drain. Every figure was cross-checked twice.

What this guide covers

  1. Learn the core loop before you spend a single click
  2. Climb the Water Pump ladder in the right order
  3. Buy Speed and Display Stand before Backpack
  4. Time every rebirth to the 25-level rule
  5. Open the right eggs and read the real drop odds
  6. Drain deeper lakes and build a paying aquarium
  7. Know what the game sells — and what it doesn't

+1 Drain Water Per Click is an incremental simulator by Wrestling Elephant Studio (Roblox group 183340924, owner shiyu8888, 77,710 members) — the group's only public game. It launched July 25, 2026 and was last updated August 17, 2026 at 10:53 UTC. As of August 17, 2026 at 20:22 UTC it is running 10,135 concurrent players across 2,326,095 visits, with 137,482 favourites and a 98.9% approval rating (35,104 likes to 391 dislikes). Servers cap at just 6 players and VIP servers are disabled.

1. Learn the Core Loop Before You Spend a Single Click

The developer states the loop plainly: every click gives +1 Water, you drain a pool to collect it, and emptying the pool exposes fish on the lakebed to carry away and sell. Water is your progression currency, Cash is your purchasing currency, and almost every beginner mistake comes from confusing the two.

Two structural facts shape everything else. Levels are earned with Water, and level 1 alone requires 41 Water. And servers hold only six people: we sampled 100 live public servers on August 17, 2026 and every one was at 5 or 6 of 6. Expect competition for lakebed fish — one cash bonus pays for holding the best fish on the server.

Click first, buy nothing. The first lake drains at just 120 Water — reachable on raw clicks in under a minute. Do not spend cash on a pump before you have sold your first fish.

2. Climb the Water Pump Ladder in the Right Order

The Water Pump is your click multiplier and the most important purchase line in the game. The ladder below is unusually well-evidenced: read off six independent recordings, then cross-checked against Roblox's developer-products API on August 17, 2026. All 20 Robux prices matched exactly.

PumpRarityWater MultiplierCash Cost
Water PumpCommonx1Default
Water Pump PlusCommonx5$80
Lucky CloverRarex12$300
SunflowerRarex30$3K
OceanEpicx50$15K
ElectricEpicx125$30K
Volcanic LavaLegendaryx300$70K
JellyLegendaryx500$150K
GoldenLegendaryx1.25K$400K
Rainbow CandyLegendaryx3.1K$1.25M
VenomMythicx5K$2.75M
DemonMythicx12.5K$22.5M

The four bolded rows are the value stretch: Electric doubles Ocean's price for 2.5x the rate, and Volcanic Lava does the same again. Then comes the wall — Demon costs $22.5M against Venom's $2.75M, an 8.2x price jump for a 2.5x multiplier. Demon is the first genuinely bad cash purchase, and the point where most players switch to rebirthing.

Above Demon the ladder goes Robux-only. Per the developer-products API the higher pumps are Unicorn Fantasy (80 R$), Blue Mushroom (129 R$), Halloween Pumpkin (179 R$), Ice Penguin (279 R$), Amethyst (399 R$), Cake (399 R$), Rocket (569 R$), Planet (759 R$) and Mecha Gaioka (799 R$) — the last added August 17, 2026, brand new and absent from all footage we reviewed.

3. Buy Speed and Display Stand Before Backpack

The Upgrades menu holds exactly three lines, each with a flat Robux price at every level alongside a rising cash price: +1 Walk Speed at 9 R$, +1 Bag Slot at 39 R$ and +1 Display Space at 59 R$, all confirmed by both the API and six recordings.

Speed is cheapest and compounds hardest, because you physically walk fish to a seller. Its cash ladder rises gently, each step about 1.4x the last: $10K → $14K → $19.6K → $27.4K → $38.4K. Display Stand climbs roughly 3.5x per level — $25K → $87.5K → $306K → $1.07M → $3.75M — but raises how many fish earn passive cash in your aquarium, making its early levels the best long-term buy here.

Backpack starts at just 3 slots and has the ugliest ladder: $5K → $32K → $150K → $320K, a 6.4x jump on the first upgrade alone. We have seen backpacks as large as 12 slots. Buy it only when you are actually leaving fish behind.

No maximum level is displayed on Backpack, Speed or Display Stand in any footage we reviewed — treat all three as open-ended rather than sprinting to a cap that may not exist.

4. Time Every Rebirth to the 25-Level Rule

Rebirth is the cleanest system in the game and the one beginners delay far too long. The requirement is level 25 × your rebirth number, and rebirthing resets your Water and level while leaving cash and pets untouched.

RebirthLevel RequiredWater MultiplierCash Multiplier
1251.5x1.2x
2502.0x1.4x
3752.5x1.6x
41003.0x1.8x
51253.5x2.0x

The pattern holds perfectly: every rebirth is worth +0.5x Water and +0.2x Cash. Because the only thing you surrender is Water — the resource you regenerate fastest — there is almost never a reason to sit above your level gate. Hit 25, rebirth. Hit 50, rebirth again.

The game also sells a way to keep your Water through a rebirth, and its price brackets reveal the intended curve. The API lists four tiers: 9 R$ for rebirths 1–5, 29 R$ for 6–10, 59 R$ for 11–50, and 99 R$ beyond 50. A bracket stretching to "after 50 times" tells you the long game is measured in dozens of rebirths, not a handful.

5. Open the Right Eggs and Read the Real Drop Odds

Pets boost Water gain and come from eggs. The confirmed cash eggs are Basic Egg at $1K, Grass Egg at $15K and Water Egg at $250K; two more are Robux-only, Fire Egg at 79 R$ and Super Egg at 159 R$, both also sold in 3x and 10x bundles. These are the drop tables we confirmed across multiple independent recordings:

The Electric Egg table is the most trustworthy of the three because its percentages sum to exactly 100.0%. Note that Beetle at 2.2% is roughly a 1-in-45 pull — if you are hunting it, bulk-open products matter more than the egg price: Fast Open (59 R$), Six Open (149 R$) and Twelve Open (799 R$), alongside three luck boosts, LUCKY (59 R$), SUPER LUCKY (199 R$) and HYPER LUCKY (499 R$).

Auras are a separate flat Water multiplier bought from a hub stall, and appear to be purchase-only — none was seen dropping from gameplay. White Aura is x1.2 Water for $100K or 19 R$, Green Aura x1.4 for $1M or 39 R$, continuing through Blue (99 R$), Purple (149 R$), Gold (299 R$), Pink (399 R$), Red (499 R$) and Black (599 R$) up to Rainbow Aura at 799 R$, worth x10 Water.

6. Drain Deeper Lakes and Build a Paying Aquarium

Each lake has a drain threshold and its own Luck multiplier governing how rare its fish can be. The confirmed thresholds climb brutally: 120 → 1.5K → 8K → 85K → 900K → 35M → 250M → 1B → 30B → 200B → 5T → 75T → 650T Water, with Luck rising from x1 at the starter lake through x100, x300 and x1K to x450K at the deepest confirmed tier. The game also has at least 15 stages: the store sells a "Skip stage" product for every stage from 2 to 15, priced 3 R$ to 459 R$.

We deliberately do not name the lakes: no source we reviewed showed a readable in-game lake name, and we would rather number them than invent labels.

The aquarium is where the game stops being a clicker. Fish placed on display generate passive cash per minute, and most species have Normal, Gold, Diamond and Hole variants that pay differently. A best-fish-on-server bonus pays extra for holding the top slot — one recording showed $51.3M for 21 minutes. The rarity ladder runs seven tiers: Common → Rare → Epic → Legendary → Mythic → Exotic → Secret, from Goldfish and Clownfish through Starfish (Epic), Lionfish (Legendary) and Anglerfish (Mythic) up to Orca and Mosasaurus (Exotic).

One warning that will save you a bad trade: fish do not have fixed sell prices. Each carries a weight in kilograms, and the same species sells for wildly different amounts — we watched Goldfish go for $15 to $52. If weight-based fishing economies appeal, Fisch, Fish It and Pull a Lucky Fish run comparable systems.

7. Know What the Game Sells — and What It Doesn't

On August 17, 2026 Roblox's game-pass endpoint returned zero game passes for this universe, while returning 23 for a control game in the same session — so the empty result is real, not an API failure. The economy instead runs on 91 developer products, all for sale, from 2 R$ (Water Pump Plus) to 1,299 R$ (×128 Cash), median 70 R$.

So nothing you buy here is a permanent pass — these are one-off consumables, cheapest being the Starter Pack at 9 R$. Water multipliers run ×2 (3 R$), ×4 (9 R$), ×8 (19 R$), ×16 (39 R$), ×32 (69 R$), ×64 (129 R$) and ×128 (259 R$), while matching Cash multipliers cost far more at every tier — ×2 Cash is 39 R$ against ×2 Water's 3 R$. That 13x gap tells you which currency is scarce.

The store history also dates the feature rollout: 85 of the 91 products were created on launch day, then spins and a Daily reward arrived July 31, an extra display space August 8, and offline rewards August 10, 2026 — that last one confirming the game pays you while you are away. Updates themselves are scheduled as Roblox events, three of them on record: August 11, a "Major Update" August 14, and the next August 19, 2026, all timed to 11:00 UTC.

Does +1 Drain Water Per Click Have Codes?

No — there is no code redemption system as of August 17, 2026. HUD sweeps of independent gameplay recordings found no Codes button, no redeem box and no social icons, and the Roblox description contains no code, redeem, Discord or Twitter text. We will not print a code table for a game we cannot confirm has a code box — our how we verify codes page explains that standard. For similar click-and-collect games that do pay out codes, try Dig & Clean codes, Cut Grass Adventure codes or Clean All The Leaves codes.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should you rebirth in +1 Drain Water Per Click?

Rebirth number N unlocks at level 25 × N — 25, 50, 75, 100 and so on. Each adds +0.5x Water and +0.2x Cash, resetting Water and level but leaving cash and pets alone. Since the reset only costs Water, rebirthing the moment you hit the gate is almost always correct. Verified across six recordings on August 17, 2026.

What is the best early Water Pump in +1 Drain Water Per Click?

Ocean at $15,000 is the strongest early buy — a x50 pump and the last before the Epic-to-Legendary price wall. Electric ($30K, x125) and Volcanic Lava ($70K, x300) follow it and are the cleanest value stretch in the ladder. As of August 17, 2026.

Does +1 Drain Water Per Click have codes?

No. There is no code redemption system as of August 17, 2026 — HUD sweeps of independent recordings found no Codes button, redeem box or social icons, and the Roblox description contains no code or redeem text.
