Driving Empire Update [New Limited] – Patch Notes & What's Next

Driving Empire's Friday drop landed. The New Limited update went live on August 14, 2026 at 17:00 UTC with two cars — a Le Mans-spec Spyker and a Lotus Evora GT — plus 33 car bug fixes and the line most players will actually feel: stickers for everyone. Here is every confirmed change, and the dated event for what comes next.

What's new in the New Limited update

The patch shipped as the Roblox event "✨ NEW LIMITED ✨", published by Driving Empire by Voldex on the game's own page and timestamped August 14, 2026, 17:00 UTC, with the window closing August 21, 2026, 17:00 UTC. Its subtitle is simply "Spyker & Lotus". The developer's note, in full:

• Stickers For Everyone!

The live game description carries one line the event listing leaves out: 33 Car Bug Fixes. It also stamps the build "Latest Update | AUGUST 14, 2026" and swapped the experience title tag to [NEW LIMITED✨], replacing OFFROAD's. Voldex published the count of those fixes and nothing else — there is no itemised list anywhere, so any page showing you "all 33 fixes" wrote them itself. Same for handling changes: none were announced.

The two new cars

Those numbers come from the community Driving Empire Wiki car pages, both written on August 15, 2026. Voldex published no spec sheet and we could not second-source them, so treat them as community figures, not official ones — that is also why they are not in our best cars ranking or the 2026 tier list yet.

The important distinction is status. The Spyker is a Limited — a timed-availability car — and the Roblox event window that carries it closes on August 21, 2026 at 17:00 UTC, so treat that as your deadline rather than gambling on a longer sale. The Lotus is a normal on-sale car and should stay in the dealer. Both are rear-wheel drive with 6-speed boxes, and both sit around the 186–187 mph mark, which puts them well short of the game's hypercar ceiling: this is a collector drop, not a meta-shifting one.

Stickers for everyone, explained

"Stickers For Everyone!" reads like a throwaway line and is actually the biggest change here. Stickers arrived as a beta on July 25, 2025, and access was handed out to players at random — not everyone got the feature, and, crucially, only players who had it could see stickers other people had applied to their cars. That gate is what this patch removes, thirteen months later.

The system itself has not changed. Stickers live in the Customization menu, split into four catalogs — Techno Pop, Flames, Role Play and Other — with move, scale, rotate and colour tools, though a lot of stickers are pre-coloured and cannot be recoloured. Each placement is paid, in either in-game cash or Robux, and the cost scales with both the sticker and the value of the car it goes on: roughly $5,000 (10 Robux) up to $70,000 (125 Robux). Stickers are non-refundable once bought, so line one up properly before you confirm.

Codes with this update

Driving Empire has a working redemption system, and this drop came with one: RECORD, worth $75,000 cash. The community wiki names RECORD as this week's new code, and it is listed as a new August 14 addition by an independent tracker — two other trackers still had not picked it up as of August 15, which is normal lag rather than a red flag. What's next for Driving Empire?

There is a dated answer. Within an hour of the New Limited patch going live, Voldex published a second event on the same Roblox page: "NEW UPDATE👀", scheduled for August 21, 2026 at 17:00 UTC. The whole description reads: "Classic. Modern. Legendary. More American icons arrive next Friday." The community wiki's upcoming-content page independently lists "American Vehicles (08/21/26)" for the same slot. No car has been named, so any specific list you see for that drop is invented — we will fill it in when the event goes live.

The cadence is worth internalising: Driving Empire drops every Friday at 17:00 UTC — August 7, 14 and 21 all land on that clock — and the title tag swaps with each one.
