Flee the Facility Update [9th Anniversary] – Patch Notes & What's Next

Flee the Facility turned its camp into a circus. The 9th Anniversary Event shipped with a change log dated 09/07/26; Roblox's event listing opened the window at 00:45 UTC on September 8, 2026 and closes it 09/28/2026. Every note below comes from the developer's log.

What's new in the 9th Anniversary Event

The camp is a fairground now. The official change log dated 09/07/26 lists a decorated circus Lobby, Beast Cave and Trading Post plus limited-time circus bundles and crates, all ending 09/28/2026. Merch too: a Beast Chibi Plush Keychain, shipping in a few months, orderable in-game for the Dark Bone Crusher Plush hammer and Default Plush gem.

The biggest addition isn't event content. A map select menu for private servers only lets you pick any current map, an older version of one, or a deleted map back to 2017, including Facility_0 from day 1, which also got a remake by deadlybones28: same layout, better models. The Trading Post gained a collector's guide showing which items you're missing, and progress now carries percentage indicators for PCs, Exits and when Captured.

Also logged: changes to Abandoned Prison, School, Sanctuary Zoo Summer and the Homestead lockers, visual reworks on the Party Balloons hammer and the Part Hat, Strawberry, Blueberry and Lemon gems, and Veridian Cactus renamed Viridian Cactus. Two Beast tweaks: Runner lost Hit-Slowdown while Active; Stalker's Passive Heart-Beat Radius fell 5 studs. Exploits were patched and Pod sound bugs fixed.

What this means for players

The Beast tweaks pull opposite ways. Runner gets meaner without Hit-Slowdown while Active. Stalker gets softer at passive tracking: 5 fewer studs of Heart-Beat Radius is 5 more studs of room for a survivor on a nearby computer.

The circus is on a clock. Bundles and crates go 09/28/2026, and lapsed limiteds are what climbs in the Trading Post later, so open the collector's guide before you spend. Our Flee the Facility guide covers which cosmetics hold value; the hub tracks the current build.

Map select is worth a look even if you don't collect; public matchmaking is unchanged.

New codes with this update

No — the 9th Anniversary Event added no codes, because Flee the Facility has no code-redemption system. There's no code box and never has been. Our Flee the Facility codes page keeps that answer current; rewards come from playing rounds and events.

Runs through August 7, 2026.

What's next for Flee the Facility?

One thing carries a date. The change log ends the event 09/28/2026 and Roblox closes the window at 19:00 UTC on September 28, 2026, taking the circus bundles and crates with it. Map select and the collector's guide are general changes, so they stay.
