Updated August 21, 2026 — We re-pulled every stat from the Roblox APIs and dated the last real update with the badges API. Ninja Legends is a legacy game, not an actively updated one.
Ninja Legends is Scriptbloxian Studios’ incremental ninja simulator on Roblox (place 3956818381, universe 1335695570): swing a sword for Ninjitsu, sell it for Coins, buy swords and pets, double-jump up 21 islands. At 2,157,736,443 visits it is one of the biggest games Roblox has hosted — but it has had no new content in years, and this hub says so. Start with the codes list and the pet tier list.
What’s the current Ninja Legends update?
The newest content is Blazing Vortex Island, the 21st island. The badges API dates it precisely: every badge that shipped with it — Blazing Vortex Island (4,416,494 awards), Comet Strike Lion, Cybernetic Azure Sensei, Ultra Genesis Shadow, Blazing Entity Mastery — was created on August 17, 2021. Those are the five newest of the universe’s 99 badges.
The in-game description still lists that build under “LATEST-UPDATE”: 48 new swords, three new ranks, new belts and skills, the Blazing Vortex Pack, the Infinity Void Pet Crystal, the Zen Master trader, the Blazing Entity element and the VORTEX-ELITE pet evolution. Our pet tier list is built on it, because there has not been another one.
Be careful with the timestamp trackers quote. The games API reports updated: 2026-05-14, which Rolimon’s renders as “Game Updated 3 months ago”. It is not a patch. The developer-side publish stamp on the Scriptbloxian Studios group listing reads November 27, 2021, and the newest game pass — Permanent Islands Unlock, 4,499 Robux — was created on February 1, 2020. The Roblox Ninja Legends Wiki says it plainly on its Islands page: “There’ll be new Islands in the next update (though the game hasn’t updated since the Summer of 2021).”
What’s next for Ninja Legends?
There is no dated evidence of anything upcoming, and we will not invent a roadmap. The virtual-events API returns an empty list, the Scriptbloxian Studios group shout is empty, and no badge, pass or event has been created in roughly five years.
The studio is alive — it moved on. Its group listing shows Steal a Gymrot created June 14, 2025, and Legends of Speed carries a publish stamp of April 7, 2025. Ninja Legends 2 is not the answer either: a separate experience (universe 2153721718) whose newest badges date to January 9, 2021, holding 24 players on August 21, 2026. Treat Ninja Legends as finished — everything works, but nothing new is coming until a developer says otherwise on a quotable date.

Read the ladder, not a single reading: counts swing roughly twofold from daily trough to peak. The shape is 263,617 concurrent players in November 2019 down to a 1,624 weekly peak in August 2026 — a 99.4% decline that has flattened into a small, steady population. Servers cap at 20, and Rolimon’s sample on August 21, 2026 averaged 11 players per server over a 17.06-minute session, so lobbies are populated, not empty.
Combat is a stat check, not a skill check: the wiki puts damage at roughly 10% of your current Ninjitsu, with HP scaling off rank and elements. Pet trading unlocks at 5,000 total Coins.
