Steal a Brainrot Update 64 [Honey Bee Base] – Patch Notes & What's Next

By Money Lord — Founder & Editor | Updated: September 5, 2026

Updated September 5, 2026 — Update 64 replaces Update 63, which moves into the history list. The bee base we refused to print last time is confirmed, one patch later than the wiki claimed.
· September 5 — Update 64 installed; Update 63 archived; stats re-pulled
· August 26 — Update 63 installed; Update 64 dated
· August 21 — added Taco Tuesday 44

The current Steal a Brainrot patch is Update 64, live since 19:00 UTC on Saturday, August 29, 2026: four Secret brainrots, the Honey Bee Base and a bee-themed Admin Machine. Still the newest build on September 5. Game overview on our Steal a Brainrot hub.

Current update: Update 64 (August 29, 2026)

BRAZILIAN SPYDER filed this one as a Roblox event called "NEXT UPDATE" and nothing more. We logged its 19:00:02 UTC start on this page on August 26, three days early. The place republished at 17:39:22 UTC that afternoon, and wiki editors filed the first new brainrot at 19:00:51 UTC — 49 seconds after it opened.

No first-party patch note exists. What shipped is four Secret brainrots, split two and two between the RNG Machine and the Red Carpet.

BrainrotSourceCostIncome
GubRed Carpet$900M$5M/s
Sir MangusRed Carpet$1.2B$7.5M/s
Gattino HydrantinoRNG Machine$1.9B$14.5M/s
Puffino BuilderinoRNG Machine$3.7B$31M/s

Puffino Builderino is both the ceiling and the fastest payback: $3.7B at $31M/s clears its cost in about 119 seconds, against 180 for Gub. Sir Mangus is modelled on the developer's cat. Ranked against the roster on our brainrot tier list.

The Honey Bee Base and the Bee Admin Machine

The bee theme that opened with Update 61 finally got its base. The Honey Bee Base unlocks by collecting 10 of the 12 bee brainrots — no Robux, just the set — unlike the Bee Emperor Base beside it at 900 Robux.

The Bee Admin Machine is the fifth reskin of the Admin Machine, after the Valentine's, Divine, Cyber and Summer versions. It holds six lucky blocks — Admin, Taco, Los, Los Taco, Secret and Update 63's Bee Lucky Block — and rolls luck multipliers from 2x up to 15x.

One correction worth naming: our Update 63 write-up refused a "Bee Base" because the wiki's index credited one to that patch with no entity page behind it. The base was real, the patch number wrong.

What the launch did to player counts

Our radar caught the spike: 1,793,874 concurrent players at 19:30 UTC on August 29, 2026, half an hour after the event opened, against 172,785 six hours earlier. Roughly ten times baseline — a spike, not a norm.

Across 28 readings from August 29 to September 5, 2026, players (median) came out at 147,361. That figure hides a split, so treat it as a range: the four days to September 1 ran 138,240–230,404, then the game settled to a median of 93,368 in a 69,825–153,957 band from September 2 on.

Pulled at 05:08 UTC on September 5, 2026: 73,240,648,562 visits, 29,254,975 favourites, 15,384,808 likes to 2,658,260 dislikes (85.3%), and 39,037,631 group members.

Codes with this update

Update 64 shipped no launch code, and none has appeared since. One remains active as of September 5, 2026: BESTBRAINROTEVER, which spawns La Vacca Saturno Saturnita on the Red Carpet server-wide rather than handing it over — you still pay $80M and race your server for it. Update history

Older write-ups, as published: June 2026, April 2026, March 2026.

What's next for Steal a Brainrot?

Update 65, and the cadence is the strongest evidence available. Updates 55 through 64 each landed on a Saturday, one week apart, from June 27 through August 29 without a gap, and the wiki files the series under "Weekly". That points at September 5, 2026.

Nothing first-party has dated it. The virtual-events feed returned no events at all at 05:08 UTC on September 5, and the place has not republished since 18:05:26 UTC on September 1 — a four-day pause for a game that had been republishing most days. The one leak is a wiki page for Update 65 naming a single upcoming brainrot, Hydra Serpent, from the Red Carpet, cost and income both TBA.

There is no second channel. Steal a Brainrot publishes no badges at all — we control-tested the endpoint against another universe in the same session, where it answers — so nothing leaks that way. Any site listing a full Update 65 feature set has invented it.

How we sourced this

Figures pulled September 5, 2026 from the Roblox games, votes, groups and game-pass endpoints for universe 7709344486, our concurrency log, and the Steal a Brainrot wiki. One caveat there: its Update Log index still files Update 64 under "Future Updates" and mislabels Update 63, so we read the entity pages instead — eleven edits by seven named editors — never the summary row.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the current Steal a Brainrot update?

Update 64, live since 19:00 UTC on August 29, 2026. It added four Secret brainrots — Gub, Sir Mangus, Gattino Hydrantino and Puffino Builderino — plus the Honey Bee Base and the Bee Admin Machine. No code shipped with it.

When is the next Steal a Brainrot update?

Update 65, due on the weekly cadence: Updates 55 through 64 each landed one Saturday apart, which points at September 5, 2026. Nothing first-party had dated it as of 05:08 UTC that morning. The wiki names one upcoming brainrot, Hydra Serpent.

Did Update 64 add a Bee Base?

Yes — the Honey Bee Base, unlocked by collecting 10 of the 12 bee brainrots. The wiki's index credited a bee base to Update 63 a week early, which is why we refused to list it then.
