People are still playing: the badges API shows the Undead Gem badge awarded 241 times in the past day and Level 25 awarded 196 times. But the seven-day peak is 86 players, and no feature update has shipped since 2022.

Q: Does Zombie Rush have codes?

No. Zombie Rush has no code redemption system and no verified code has ever existed. Neither community wiki documents a redeem button, the live game description does not mention codes, and the virtual-events API is empty. Free rewards come from joining the Beacon Studio group, which grants the Beacon Studio Sword, and from levelling.

Zombie Rush is Beacon Studio's wave-based zombie shooter, live on Roblox since December 2013 and past 702 million visits. Ten survivors spawn with a pistol, anyone who dies respawns as a zombie and hunts the rest, and levels — not codes — unlock the weapons.

Status: live but dormant. The place loads (HTTP 200 at the canonical /games/137885680/Zombie-Rush) and badges are awarded daily, but concurrents sit at 40–49 against an all-time peak of 9,690.

What's the current Zombie Rush update?

There is no 2026 update we can evidence. The last versioned patch is the FPS Update, patch 4.0.4, posted by Beacon Studio to the Roblox Developer Forum on June 25, 2022 and edited through September 3, 2022. It added a first-person camera, R6/R15/Rthro avatar support, layered clothing, a map called Flipside, new primary weapons and mobile auto-fire. The badges API corroborates it exactly: 20 of the game's 23 badges carry an updated stamp of June 25, 2022, and the four badges that thread announces — Wraith Wrecker, Level 1,000, Level 10,000, Zombie Rusher — were created March 10–11, 2022. The thread still has one post and no replies.

Since then Beacon Studio has re-run seasonal content, not shipped features. The most recent dated evidence of a hand on the game:

December 24, 2025 — the Winter Event. Badge Let It Snow was created that day (77,298 awarded) and three passes — Ban Hammer, Nuke Launcher, Blinged Out Skins — were edited the same day.
March 16, 2026 — the developer-side publish stamp on Beacon Studio's own group listing, a more reliable release marker than the public one.
April 5, 2026 — the [⌛] Spring Weapon Pack pass was re-enabled.

The public updated timestamp reads July 23, 2026. Treat that as a bump, not a patch: no badge, game pass, virtual event, forum post or wiki edit lines up with it. The community is quiet too — zombie-rush.fandom.com was last edited May 26, 2026 (two active editors), and zombie-rush-roblox.fandom.com not since October 4, 2025.

What's next for Zombie Rush?

Nothing is announced, and we will not guess. The virtual-events API returns an empty list for universe 63955796, the Beacon Studio group shout is empty, and the studio's only Zombie Rush thread on the Developer Forum is the 2022 one. The fan-run @ZombieRushNews account on X stopped posting on January 27, 2021 after nine posts, and its bio says it is unaffiliated.

The one live channel is the studio's Discord, 11,172 members, 762 online on August 21, 2026 — if an update comes, it surfaces there first. The studio's habit is seasonal pass re-runs, but that is a pattern read off timestamps, not an announcement. Nothing is scheduled.
