The drop brings 25 new Easter Event pets, 5 exclusive Secret pets locked behind the AA Easter Egg, a brand-new Easter mutation mechanic that lets you boost your pets’ income and value by feeding them Chocolate Eggs, a full map-wide Easter visual overhaul, a limited-time Easter Spin Wheel, and a fresh batch of Easter-themed decorations in the shop. 25 New Easter Event Pets

The Easter Update ships with 25 new pets available exclusively during the Easter Event window. These pets follow Catch and Tame’s established format: you catch wild animals with your lasso, bring them back to your pen, and combine or breed them to discover new and rarer variants. Easter Event pets are only obtainable while the event is live. Once the event closes, these pets exit the regular spawn pool and can only be acquired through trading with other players. 4. After enough feedings, the pet gains the Easter mutation, which visually transforms its appearance with Easter-themed colouring
5. The mutation applies an income and value multiplier boost to the affected pet, increasing what it earns passively and its trade value

The Easter mutation is a permanent upgrade once applied — it stays on the pet indefinitely and carries through if you trade it. That permanence is why mutated pets command a premium in the trading economy.

The exact multiplier value has not been officially confirmed in patch notes, but rarer pets with the Easter mutation will see compounding benefits: a higher base value multiplied by the mutation boost makes for a notable jump in passive pen income.

Chocolate Eggs will stop spawning once the Easter Event ends. If you want the Easter mutation on a pet after the event closes, the only path is trading with another player for a pet that already carries it — and those will command a premium. The time to grind Chocolate Eggs and apply mutations is now, while the island is still covered in them.

Easter Spin Wheel

The Easter Update adds a limited-time Easter Spin Wheel that awards Easter-themed rewards including pets, accessories, and other event items. Spins are earned through gameplay or can be purchased directly, and daily login bonuses during the event typically include spin rewards — log in consistently even on shorter play sessions.

The Spin Wheel won’t yield Secret pets (those are exclusive to the AA Easter Egg), but it’s a solid supplementary source for filling out the broader 25-pet Easter roster, particularly for rarer tiers that take longer to hunt in the wild.

Map-Wide Easter Visual Overhaul

The Catch and Tame island has received a full Easter visual overhaul for the duration of the event — a map-wide reskin across all zones, not just a single dedicated event area. Easter Shop & Decorations

The in-game shop has been refreshed with Easter-themed decorations and items available during the event.
