Two other endpoints put activity on that date. The publish stamp moved to 23:25:26 UTC on September 5, inside the window, and the game-pass API shows seven passes created 12:47–12:51 UTC that day: gift-purchase copies of the store, each prefixed “(GIFT)”.
What we cannot show you is a badge.
