Animal Hospital (Anomaly) is the co-op horror hit where four of you work a hospital night shift for anthropomorphic animals, treating patients while the ones that turn out to be anomalies hunt you. This hub tracks the live Second Floor build.

What is Animal Hospital Roblox?

Animal Hospital (Anomaly) — place ID 78515283254292, universe 10148749921 — is a Survival experience by the verified Roblox group Animal Anomaly, launched May 10, 2026 per the games API’s created field and the wiki infobox.

You treat patients and you keep anomalies out; both are the job. The live description gives the first half — “its now your job to treat the patients… but some patients are acting weird” — and the wiki’s Anomalies page (revised September 7, 2026) the second, calling rejection a main objective. A shift is check-in, scan, treat; anomalies that slip past roam and attack. Dr. Harlow unlocks the shutters and cameras at the end of Shift 1 and a free renewable taser at the end of Shift 3.

Two things end a run. Sanity is your health bar — you start on 61–65% depending on class, job stress drains 1 point every 50 seconds, and 0% kills you; separately, three animal deaths fail the team. What’s the current Animal Hospital update?

The live build is Second Floor, open since 16:00:37 UTC on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Animal Anomaly filed it as a Roblox event on August 22 under the placeholder title “Next Update” and renamed it on August 28. The group’s gamesV2 publish stamp for this universe then moved at 16:04:10 UTC, three minutes after the window opened — a build shipping, not a counter drifting.

There are no developer patch notes. The event’s description fields are empty, the group shout is null, and the live game description — re-read at 19:55 UTC on September 7, 2026 — still carries only the original night-shift blurb. The [2nd FLOOR] tag names a theme, not a version. Everything known comes from the community wiki: an upper floor up a ward-corridor stairwell, a Lab where a new Sampler turns patient DNA into pink or green serums from four items (Milk, Ginger, Strange Jelly, Mushroom), a caged clown filed as Squiggles, and new Journal achievements. That changelog is still moving: it named four new skins at 03:54 UTC on September 6 and six by 08:54. We publish no anomaly count and no serum-recipe total — no primary source gives either. It replaced “Even More Lore!” (August 22, 2026) — Liz’s house cutscene, the wheelchair, eight new skins and suffocating patients.

What’s next for Animal Hospital?

A date, and nothing else. About 100 minutes after Second Floor opened — at 17:44 UTC on September 5, 2026 — Animal Anomaly filed the next Roblox event for 16:00 UTC on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Re-read at 19:55 UTC on September 7 it was untouched since the minute it was filed: the title is still the placeholder “Next Update”, the subtitle still “updatee”, the description still empty — exactly how Second Floor looked until it was renamed a week out. Naming features for September 19 today would be invention.

Stats were read at 19:30–19:55 UTC on September 7, 2026 from our radar history and the Roblox games, votes and game-pass endpoints; the September 19 event timing from the virtual-events API the same evening. The badges endpoint returned an empty list for this universe and for our live control, so we dated nothing from badges.
