MMV Free Robux Guide – MMV Is Unavailable, What to Play Instead
MMV cannot be launched as of August 18, 2026. Its Roblox page returns "[TITLE UNAVAILABLE]" with a blanked creator and every counter at zero, so there is nothing to earn Robux for, spend Robux in, or redeem inside it. This page used to be a strategy guide. It is now an honest record of what MMV was, how we confirmed it is gone, and which live games actually take you where you were trying to go.

What We Verified on August 18, 2026
We ran the liveness test we use on every game we cover against MMV's place ID 108330297159548. A live experience redirects to its own slug — Murder Mystery 2 returns 301 → /Murder-Mystery-2. A place ID that never existed returns 302 → /request-error?code=404. MMV returns 302 → /Title-Unavailable, the signature of an experience that did exist and is no longer served.
Roblox's own games API agrees: universe 7487942411 comes back flagged isContentRestricted: true, with the name, description and creator replaced by placeholder text and playing, visits and max-players all reported as zero. Searching Roblox for "MMV" on August 18, 2026 surfaces Murder Mystery 2 and a spread of unrelated killer-versus-survivor games, but no live experience called MMV under any place ID we can find.
On when it went, we will only say what we can date. The Internet Archive's last successful capture of MMV's Roblox page is June 3, 2026, when it still loaded normally, and there is no successful capture after that. It was definitely gone by the time we checked on August 18, 2026. There is no dated first-hand announcement in between, and we are not going to invent one.
What MMV Actually Was
The upload this page was written about
Place 108330297159548 was published on April 4, 2025 by a Roblox account named Z6GSC — an account that was itself registered in the same minute the place went up. Roblox's creator-games endpoint still returns its last public figures: 9,230,655 lifetime visits, 296,559 favourites, and a like rating of 85.0% from 2,893 likes against 509 dislikes. Its last shipped update is stamped April 4, 2025, thirteen minutes after it was created — it was never meaningfully updated again.
It never sold a single game pass. We queried Roblox's game-pass endpoint against its universe and it returns an empty list, while the same endpoint returns full catalogues for the live games we control-tested against it.
The detail that explains the rest: MMV's Roblox store description was Murder Mystery 2's description, copied word for word. It carried Nikilis's own lines — "Collect and trade hundreds of knives!" and "Check out my profile for quick links to my pages!" — unedited. That is not a game describing itself; that is a game wearing another game's marketing copy. It also means that any "MMV mechanic" you read on a third-party site is far more likely to be a Murder Mystery 2 mechanic that was copied across than something MMV actually did.
The original Murder Mystery V, and the re-upload chain
If you remember MMV as much bigger than 9.23 million visits, you are remembering a different place ID. The original "[🥚] Murder Mystery V" (place 12928877533) was published on March 28, 2023 by a Roblox group whose name uses a look-alike Cyrillic character, Murder Mysterу. It reached 93,693,998 visits and an 81.5% rating (26,319 likes / 5,991 dislikes) before it stopped updating on April 19, 2024. Its URL now returns the same Title-Unavailable redirect, and the group — 142,799 members — is locked. That group's own description reads "Official fan group for Murder Mystery by Nikilis," which tells you how it saw itself. The same group also ran "[🌸] Murder Mystery Z" (51.8 million visits) and "[✨] Murder Mystery X" (15.2 million visits).
As for why the original went: the Roblox Wiki's entry on Murder Mystery V, under its "Deletion" heading, records that the game was deleted in 2025 along with its community group being locked, "possibly due to being a copy of the original Murder Mystery 2 by Nikilis." That is the wiki's attribution, not a Roblox statement — but given the copied store description we checked ourselves, it is an easy reading to believe. For the full side-by-side, see our MMV vs Murder Mystery 2 comparison.
What We Removed From This Page
We would rather show you the corrections than quietly bury them. Everything below was on this page before today and was wrong:
- "Developed by mmv_re." That account (user 10164920223) was created on December 19, 2025 — eight months after this MMV shipped — is now banned, owns zero public games, and its entire profile bio is the words "Hi nikilis". The real uploader of place 108330297159548 is Z6GSC.
- "Over 87 million visits." This upload finished on 9,230,655. The 93.7 million figure belongs to the 2023 original, a different place ID; 87 million matched neither.
- "90.4% approval, 47K+ favourites." The real final figures are 85.0% and 296,559 favourites.
- Two "active codes" and a redemption walkthrough. Unverifiable, and moot for a game that cannot be opened.
- Every round-by-round strategy section, the knife rarity tiers, the map rotation, the trading rules and the 12-player lobby size. Roblox blanks all of that for a restricted universe, we have no first-hand source for any of it, and the copied-description finding makes each claim more likely to describe Murder Mystery 2 than MMV. Cut rather than restated.
- A "Roblox Affiliate Program" and a 450-Robux Premium stipend for new members. Both routes are closed — see the Robux section below.
Where to Play Instead
Murder Mystery 2 is the obvious answer, and not just because MMV was copying it. Nikilis's game has run since January 18, 2014 and is thoroughly alive: 29.37 billion lifetime visits, 23.55 million favourites and a 90.9% like rating as of August 18, 2026, with its most recent update shipped on August 14, 2026. Concurrency swings hard across the day — roughly 825,000 to 1.22 million over the past seven days, with a 7-day median near 962,000 — so lobbies fill instantly at any hour, in 12-player servers. Start with the MM2 codes page for freebies, the MM2 update log for what just changed, and the MM2 free Robux guide for the earning side.
If you specifically wanted something that isn't MM2, the closest live alternative we can verify is [DUELS] Murderers VS Sheriffs (place 135856908115931), run by the verified MVS Duels Community group. As of August 18, 2026 it has 1.57 billion lifetime visits, 15.28 million favourites and an 87.3% like rating (225,256 likes / 32,725 dislikes), and it shipped an update on August 15, 2026. Its 7-day median concurrency is around 27,400; our live reading at the time of writing was 12,841, which is a daily trough rather than a decline. It uses much larger 30-player lobbies and a duel-flavoured spin on the killer-versus-sheriff premise, so it plays differently rather than identically. It does run codes — those live on our Murderers VS Sheriffs DUELS codes page, not here.
Both of those are genuinely live and genuinely free to enter, which is more than can be said for anything currently advertising itself as MMV.
How to Actually Get Robux in 2026
The reason you might have landed here is the "free Robux" half of the query, and that part still has honest answers — they just are not MMV-specific. Two of the routes this page used to recommend no longer exist:
- The Roblox affiliate / Star Code route is retired. It was folded into Creator Rewards, which pays creators per qualified player rather than paying you for sharing links.
- Roblox Premium is closed to new signups. Roblox Plus launched on April 30, 2026 at $4.99/month and the base tier carries no monthly Robux stipend — it is a discount (10%, rising to 20% after three months), not an allowance. Existing Premium members keep their stipend; new members cannot buy into one. Source: Roblox's own newsroom announcement.
What still works: selling your own game passes or catalogue items (Roblox keeps a 30% marketplace fee, so a 100-Robux pass nets you 70), Creator Rewards if you actually run an experience, and reward platforms like Earnaldo. Our How to Get Free Robux (2026) guide ranks every surviving method with dated figures for the DevEx rate, the payout minimum and the Creator Rewards qualification rules — it is the page to read next, and it is kept current.
Earn Free Robux for the Games That Are Still Up
Complete simple tasks on Earnaldo and withdraw Robux to spend on Murder Mystery 2 crates, passes and cosmetics — no wallet required.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. MMV is unavailable as of August 18, 2026 — place 108330297159548 redirects to Roblox's Title-Unavailable page and the games API reports the universe as content-restricted with zeroed stats. A game that cannot be launched cannot accept a code or credit a reward, and MMV never sold a single game pass in the first place: the game-pass endpoint returns an empty list for its universe. Anything currently advertising working MMV codes is describing a game that will not open.
